This is my 2nd or 3rd order for these Probiotics. And each time I get them they expire just a little over a year when I get them. MOST tablet form of anything else I bought in history has a expiration date to almost 2 years, including vitamins and OTC products. I do not take these everyday, that’s why the last time I had a Full bottle yet from this 2 pack, and they were to expire in 2 months. I want something with a little longer Expiration Date so I don’t have to toss them out like I did on the 2nd bottle that was half used before it expired. I will probably get another brand next time!

My doctor recommended these and I found that they are easy to swallow due to their small size. They are a bit chalky if you hold them in your mouth too long. Otherwise they have no taste. I found they are effective for what the doctor recommended them for. They get the job done.

I was using a separate (and pricey) dental probiotic but still having trouble with irritated gums despite brushing and flossing, so I decided to see what would happen if I dissolved this NB probiotic and swished it around my mouth before swallowing. It dissolves easily—I just hold the tablet in my mouth, take a small swig of water, let it dissolve there (it takes maybe 10-20 seconds), swish around a bit, then swallow. I do this at bedtime after tooth brushing so the friendly bacteria can “set up shop” undisturbed until breakfast. So far, no more irritated gums, so I was able to stop purchasing the other product and just use this one!
