I remember having a stuffed frog when I was a kid that had herbs to help me sleep. Honestly, it was one of the best memories of my childhood. Having lost it long ago, I decided to try to track one down for that and similar purposes. While I failed in my quest for an identical companion, I did find these.

I have to admit, they even look homemade. Some people will, of course, prefer a mass-made appearance, something so many relate to quality in this day and age, but, in this case at least, it is not the case. These are good-quality, durable, great-smelling and absolutely perfect for backaches, headaches, sore eyes, etc. My husband recently had surgery on one of his feet, and we have been using these to help ease the sore muscles that come with crutches and loss of use of one limb. I couldn’t be more thrilled that we got these, and we are now planning to purchase a set for a family member with back issues.

I had gotten one set of these from one of those mall stands, for about $100. This is soooo much cheaper. The material feels the same. The only thing I have against this is that it’s REALLY minty. I really liked the one I got from the mall because the eucalyptus scent was really relaxing. This minty scent is quite pungent. It’s not exactly relaxing, but more refreshing, which is not always the soothing sensation I’m looking for.

I’ve used two of the items so far – the shoulder pack heated and the back/abdomen pack chilled. Both work absolutely wonderful. The herbs are very fresh and heated are very aromatic. The advantage of these herbal packs over a standard heating pad is obvious – they can be chilled as well as heated. They provide a more subtle chill than an ice pack or ice bag. Very soothing. They also conform more easily to the area you need to place them on. I am 110% satisfied with this purchase. Great product, replacing an approximately 10-yr-old neck wrap my husband picked up for me in San Diego. The herbs inside smell wonderful and are very relaxing, adding to the hot or cold therapy effectiveness.
3rd time buying them, this time for a family member! I’ve been using these hot/cold pads for 10 years and LOVE them. The cold packs stay in the freezer for headaches and immediate treatment of little strains while the large hot pads pop in the microwave and quickly provide relief to my damaged neck and lower back.

I love it!!! They use to sell it at the malls in SoCA however they stopped and I looked every where for this and finally found it at the price I was willing to pay for. IT IS SO WELL WORTH IT.
You will be amazed on how well it works. I just leave it in the freezer till I need it, wrapping them all in there own ziplock bags to keep the freshness. Then if you need to make them warm, just fallow the directions on the packs for the microwave. So simple and well worth the price. My first original one I know I have had since 2004 and still works well after all of these years.
If the smell goes away, just buy the scent oil from Amazon.com (it is less than Whole Foods or a natural store) and re-add it.

I bought this set several years ago at a local store kiosk. Still have the original but it’s pretty worn since I used it alot! I couldn’t find it anywhere and decided to check Amazon. Low and behold there it was. Got a new one. So happy. I use the waist and shoulder ones the most. Great for aches and use when I’m cold.

I had one of those that lasted for years that I had bought at the mall and it finally gave out. Found those and my daughter and I used them all the time. Use the eye one for headaches and it works wonders. Love it

I have owned two set of spine and back and bought five sets for family member. I have been satisfactory with it. So, I want to give the full treatment set a try because I was interested in the back wrap and the eye mask. I plan giving the shoulder wrap to my college daughter to keep her warm while study. I understand the eye mask designs for eyes and to be used while in lay down position. But, I also tried to use it on the back of my head to relieve the tendon tightness, which causes headache or sinus. It did not work well for that purpose because the ribbon can’t hold the weight and unable to fasten on my head. I modify the ribbon with Velcro. The shoulder wrap including in this full treatment is different from the shoulder wrap in the set of spine and back. This shoulder wrap does not have Velcro to be able to fasten. I tried it out. It falls off my shoulder if I move. I have not used the sinus pillow yet. My satisfactory level with the full treatment set is okay. I only like the back wrap.
