Can’t say that I found it effective or not effective. That sort of evaluation is difficult when an item is used only occasionally. I think it may have helped a bit with the sinusy discomfort from my allergies, but beyond that, I couldn’t say for sure.
It tastes fine, not great not horrible. What is kind of horrible is having to squirt it into the back of your throat. Not fun.

This spray is excellent for kids and adults. This has a pleasant taste. My five year old grandson loves this. This has gotten rid of sore throats many tines and made my allergies better (at least temporarily). It is good for staying healthy.

This throat spray bottle is quite interesting. I don’t think I have ever seen a spray nozzle quite like this before. It actually took me a moment to figure it out. Once I figured it out I tried it out on myself. I’m not quite sure how it would effect a sore throat as I don’t have one. But I thought the taste wasn’t so bad.
*Note: after about 5 minutes the side of my mouth that the spray touched felt slightly numb. I count that as a win. I could still taste it slightly a few hours later.
I tried this on my 7 year old and he didn’t care for the taste. But he said he would willingly use the spray if he needed it (I think he thought the bottle was cool). The one draw back I saw to this was that there really is no “locking” the spray bottle. If the top is pressed down hard enough it will come out no matter what direction it is pointing at or even if the cap is on. That could easily create a slight sticky mess. Otherwise I think this is a pretty decent throat spray that I know will come in handy with cold season approaching.

Propolis is great for sore throats as a natural remedy. I got this for myself (an adult). A lot of times I prefer the kids medicine because it is not so strong. This feels very soothing on my throat and the taste is light berry with just a touch of sweetness. You really don’t taste it that much because you want to stray it back into your throat. There are not many taste buds back there, so it doesn’t need to have a strong flavor.
I tend to get sore throats especially in the winter months with the cold air when my i get stuffed up (especially during the night). As an adult you can use the 3 spray dose recommended for children, or easily double that. Propolis is very safe to use since it is from bees and totally natural.
I really like the spray bottle. It has an extension arm so you can really get the spray to the back of your throat. Be aware, there are two caps on the bottle. One on top of the button for spraying and one at the end of the sprayer it’s self. The spray is very fine and a very good design.
This product is $23 at the time of my review. I think that is a fair price for the really super great ingredients and it is one of the best throat sprays on the market in my opinion!

Picked this up for the kids to build immunity with COVID-19 out there and now in flu season. Gives me a little more peace of mind that I am keeping them healthy.
Kids tried it and said it was “ok.” They said it felt different than other medicines and the taste was not their favorite. Possibly since this is gluten free and alcohol free, it might be different than other OTC meds and supplements they take. I tried it and did not notice anything “weird” about the product.
Easy to dispense and sprays with accuracy so gets in the throat and not messy.
Hard to tell if it works but does make me feel good to know I am giving my kids extra help to stay healthy this year.

Kids have very picky taste however it was easy to give them. Couple spray will do the job. It’s safe for kids and good quality for kids to take. I stop using cough medicine and go natural way. And they feel better after couple time of use. Ingredients are good and safe for kids.

I sprayed myself to see if it has a numbing affect, it does not. My kids didn’t like the taste & said it didn’t did anything for their sore throat.
