I was a little hesitant to try a product from, as I understand, a perfume company. Guess I should have gone with my gut because this isn’t for me. I had hoped I would like it when I saw it listed vanilla, a favorite scent of mine, but it packs too much floral punch. It reminds me of riding in the backseat of the car when I was a child and my mother had too much perfume on. I would inevitably get sick. Yeah, that’s what this reminds me of. If you are a fan of florals, this might be right up your alley, but it wasn’t for me.
Even if it had been tolerable scent-wise, I doubt I would have paid so much for a body wash, as this is quite expensive.
There was also no cruelty-free labeling, so that is an immediate deal breaker for me.

Overall it is a nice shower gel, but in my opinion it is rather pungent. My girlfriend disagrees, however; she absolutely loves the smell. Price-wise, I feel like the bottle should be bigger so I was a bit surprised initially. But a little does go a long way, so if you use it right it will last you a decent amount of time.
