I have been looking for a smart travel case for my inulin and pen tips, this is perfect!!! it holds plenty of pen tips and holds the pen on the side, its slim, sleek, and it’s not super bulky like other options I have tried. This is perfect and I highly recommend.

As a T1D who uses a pen to bolus this has been great. My insulin doesn’t require refrigeration but they include a cold pack. Don’t expect amazing performance from it but it’ll at least keep your insulin cool-ish should it remain in your vehicle during an outdoor activity in hot temps. Plenty of room for new pen needles (TOP), maybe room for 3-4 used (BOTTOM) if 4mm. It’s “discreet” and gets the job done at a restaurant etc without being an attention grabber.

Helps me organize my 3 pens and I especially love that they hold the pen needles. Before these, I just kept everything loose in a makeup bag, which was super annoying. My only suggestion would be if you were able to clip a second pen to the other side of each one, for when you’re running low on insulin in one pen and want to put a fresh one along with it whilst you’re out traveling or whatever. Either way, love these!

I love this thing, keeps everything nice and together. My only complaint is that I wish the clip was permanently affixed to it. The clip is kind of useless, as it comes off with ease.
