This product is what I have been looking for since forever. Regular store brand chapsticks do not work for me they have only given me temporary relief for my lips and I would have to apply it so many times a day. This product is amazing it keeps my lips soft and moisturized throughout the day and I only have to apply it once/twice. It works great as an overnight lip mask or an everyday lip balm. It also has a very natural scent. If you have a dry lip probably I highly recommend this product. Also it bring a flimsy brush that is useless but just use your finger, problem solved!

I absolutely love how well this product works. I get chapped lips and dehydrated quickly at night and this lip mask has left my lips feeling so soft and smooth by the time I wake up. My dehydration on the other hand is another story on its own.
I use this before bed and by the time I wake up I have very soft lips that are not chapped or cracking which I have always had an issue with. I have come to like this stuff to where I will use it throughout the day as a replacement to my regular lip balm. There really is no scent which I like or flavor which is even better.

I really wanted to like this, but unfortunately I didn’t even get to try it. It was nicely packaged enough, but when I opened the jar, the balm was dried up and had shrunk into a smaller disk/puck that was pulled away from all sides of the jar. The applicator is also strange—it’s basically like one of those old-school sponge-tipped eyeshadow wands and comes in a sleeve which I imagine would get really gross over time. Not sure if I just got a bad one, but I’ll be sending this one back and won’t bother trying again.

I’m pretty particular about lip products. A lot of them just don’t work that well for me. I still try a lot of products because you never know when you’ll find something new that does work. My main gripe about this product is the texture. At room temp, this thing is a solid block. They include a little silicone applicator, but it’s just too hard for the applicator to actually do anything. You have to really work the product into your skin because it has to be warmed up enough to apply. Once it’s on it’s fine, but nothing to write home about. It’s more like a regular balm than a mask. It doesn’t actually do anything for my lips.

My lips feel so smooth after 3 days!! I am a chapstick snob and have tried 20-30 different brands. I’ll even spend $20 on a tube of chapstick. But most of the time I hate them because they’re sticky or grainy or leave a film or dint even moisturize… but not this product. I often wake up with really chapped lips so I was looking for something extra strength for night. I wake up with it still on! This goes on smoothly, doesn’t have a strong smell (but a nice, almost citrus scent) and is omg so good. I’ve even used it 1-2x during the day now because I love it so much and I can honestly say my lips have never been softer.

This is the second time I’ve ordered this, I didn’t review the first time because I was waiting to see how it worked. This little jar has lasted almost a year and a half and I use it just about every night, and sometimes in the morning. It won’t transform your lips, but I can safely say I cannot live without it! Love it, makes my lips feel amazing
