I use this after my workouts to help cool down. After first keeping it in the freezer and putting it on, I soon realized that was just too intense. Think of the worst case of brain freeze you have ever had! So, I keep it on the back of my fridge. This is the perfect temperature for me. I keep it on about 10 minutes, and it does the trick!

Absolutely love the ease of wearing this mask. I try to use it 3-4 times a week. I will put in the freezer for about 15-30 minutes while I wash my face. Then I will place the mask on, which is very easy to do, and leave on my face for 30 minutes. I usually lay on the couch and watch some tv or read a book while I let the mask do its magic. I love how it tightens the skin and reduces my pores. I will also place over a treated mask to aid in my skin capturing the benefits from the mask. After I am done, I simply rinse off and then dry and then put in the refrigerator until I am ready to use it again. I am 51 years old and not that I should know what 51 should look like but I don’t think I look 51. The price was just right too! Didn’t have to spend and arm and a leg to get great benefits.

My main purpose is to have it really cold instead of putting my face in iced water. But this doesn’t do the job. You can’t even put in the freezer (reads in the instructions) only in the fridge. I have to search for another one.

I’ve never had anything like this before but wanted to do more with my skincare. The day I bought this, my daughter got hit in the face, not badly but enough for her to feel pain and ask for an ice pack. This was already chilling in the freezer so we put it on and she loved it. I did wait a bit for it to thaw a tad so it was freezing cold. Excellent use of a facial ice pack.
I then did my skincare routine and used this after cleansing my face and love the feel of it. Looking forward to using this frequently!

I bought this mask to use post nose job surgery. It did not work out well for me because the nose piece is very limited on how it moves however the mask itself is designed nice and the gel beads inside are very soft making it a comfortable mask to have on your face instead of a sheet of hard ice like other masks when frozen. Has an adjustable strap would be perfect to use after doing a nice skin care routine.
