These are so gross. I take the peach mango hair growth multi daily with no issues but it’s not easy to travel with so I got these for when I’m on the go. It’s NOT the same, or even close. It’s thick (slightly thicker than the bottle one I use daily) and the taste is nasty. I can usually get things down easy even if they’re gross but these make me gag. This one also makes me nauseous.

I use the liquid Mary Ruth vitamins at home but they have to be refrigerated after opening. These make it so convenient to take while traveling! I like to mix mine in a little water – it’s thick otherwise and I don’t love the texture.

I look forward to taking the fruit punch liquid multivitamins every morning and am sometimes disappointed I only get one ounce. lol Every once in awhile I forget to take my usual dose before I leave the house, so I bought Vanilla Peach pouches to have on-the-go.
The Vanilla Peach is SO awful! To call it awful is actually an understatement. It’s too thick to just drink down and too thick to have more than a teensy bit in your mouth at a time without triggering a gag reflex. Yet it’s too thin to chew – (I think I’d take this as a gummy). I wish they would just cut down on the glycerin and thin this formula out!
The underlying flavor is like metallic fish, but there’s no fish oil. So weird and does NOT pair well with the overwhelming peach/vanilla essence that’s going on. The grossest “good-for-me” thing I’ve taken since my mother gave me zinc drops as a kid!

The flavor isn’t great but they are very convenient to travel with to make sure your immunity is supported. Also good idea to take after a night of drinking (think deluxe drink package on cruise) with water through the night to help keep hangovers at bay- worked for me. Get over the taste, which only last 15 seconds abd reap the benefits of convenience.

Strong taste I think if you added juice to it or water it be better no aweful though just taste like typical multi vitamin. Gave me energy, I like the size it’s a big pouch , and pretty easy to use and consume.Its good quality if you have a hard time swallowing pills this is great you do have to squeeze it though to get it out well.I like the package if comes it has a cool appearance creative looking box and makes it easy to get to the herbs the nutritional facts are easy to find and read.The price was pretty well not the cheapest but not terribly expensive.
