I always loose my ChapStick, either in the car or to the washer machine. I am glad I have purchased this, as three ChapSticks from the store is about $4.00, this is such a bargain! You are essentially getting the same thing from the store, just without the name brand.

I made some chopsticks with our company name on them for marketing. I think that came out pretty good. The size of the tubes were perfect for the labels I made. None of the tubes needed to be chunked due to them being empty or busted. They arrived unharmed. The smell was pretty good too. I never actually used one though but people were grabbing them up like gangbusters when we passed them out. Pretty good value for the money.

Assuming all products start at 5 stars, I dinged them 1 star for only sending 49 and not 50 pieces (down to 4 stars).
For fun I emailed the seller asking if they would send the 50th or give me a partial refund ($0.60, haha, who cares but I just wanted to see what they would do since others have also complained of being shorted). The seller responded quickly saying that I would get the last chapstick and a partial refund. Well, neither happened. That cost them a 1/2 star far crappy customer service (down to 3.5 stars)
A regular chapstick container is 2 and 8.5/16ths inches tall and contains a chapstick measuring 1 and 8.5/16ths inches.
This brand has a container of 2 and 9.5/16ths inches (promising right?) but contains only 1 3/16ths inches of chapstick. (deceptive… lost another 1/2 star so down to 3 stars)
This chapstick is not as hard as regular chapstick. What that means is it loses it shape easy. The top of the stick will always be irregular and uneven and when you press it to your lips, part of it goes onto the outside of the plastic tube which then makes a mess if you don’t wipe it off. It also has somewhat of a gritty texture. It isn’t unpleasant just a little odd. Due to its softness, it is very easy to apply more than you want. Dinged them a star for all of this getting them their 2 star rating.
On a good note… the flavor of the vanilla is quite nice. It isn’t vanilla though. It reminds me of the cake batter left over from when my mom would make poundcake when I was a child. My one friend who tried it really liked it. If you order this, you’ll likely still enjoy it but at least hopefully now you are fully informed.
Update: So out of pure curiosity, I wanted to see how far the rabbit hole went… The seller said I would have to contact Amazon as they are the shippers. I was provided the number. The seller also offered to refund the entire purchase. I called the Amazon number (for 1 chapstick right? haha.) Amazon immediately just said… keep the product, you get a full refund. I thought it was excessive but wasn’t going to argue. So anyway… I bump them up to 4 stars as I can’t give a bad star rating for something I did not pay for. At this point, I am tempted to buy the peppermint since it’s basically half off now.
