I got this and 2 other brands and definitely should have just gotten this. I am a 38 yr old male and get breakouts under my goatee mustache line. I am always leery about putting moisturizer on my face because I don’t wanna block my pores and this is THICK but it’s was great and I used it once as a night moisturizer since it’s a little thicker to see how it worked out and it was good no break outs. I wish it came in a smaller travel size

Loved this immediately! No smell, very smooth, absorbs quickly and provides immediate relief! Unfortunately I have an issue at the base of my hairline. Can definitely see a physical difference as long as you apply at least twice daily. Highly recommend!

“Eczema Soothing Relief Cream”—finally, a product that does exactly what the name says it does!
This is a long but thorough review that I hope may be helpful to fellow eczema sufferers:
I have eczema flares on my hands which always get worse in the winter. I’ve been struggling to find a product that will relieve the itch and the scaly patches without making my hands slippery and greasy. I’ve applied this product only twice since I received it, but based on my extensive experience with other eczema products, this one is a winner! It has a great texture and soaks in quickly, but best if all it relieves the itch very shortly after I apply it. The red scaly patches on my hands are already disappearing and my skin is left soft as a baby’s cheeks!
It is fragrance free, but does have a very very faint petroleum-like smell after it is applied to the skin, but dissipates quickly.
This is just something I observed that’s not a big deal to me, but may be something to consider for someone else wanting to try this product.
I would definitely recommend this product, as it is effective AND affordable, and as a bonus, it is FSA/HSA eligible!

Compré este producto porque mi Bebé tenía mucha comezón en su piel y tenía zonas de irritación y otras con aspereza. Su piel siempre ha sido delicada y de tendencia atópica. Esta crema le quitó las zonas asperas que eran persistentes. Complementa ideal con Lipikar Baume AP. Son distintas. Esta crema de avena tiene una consistencia muy suave y eliminó las asperezas y comezón. También le ayudó a mi bebé cuando tuvo urticaria alimenticia.

Trust me!!! About 3 days ago I had a flare up and I believe it was from me testing out new face products and my face is very sensitive and didn’t react I called my doctor to send the script which they did but I haven’t picked it up yet and was came across this product!! I put it on my face at 10 pm and by 4 am my skin has cleared!!!!! These photos are hours apart I am still going to get my script to my sure but I had to post this and I just got the product delivered 12 hours ago!! I have never wrote an Amazon review ever or any product but I do not play about my face at all!! I almost wanted to unalive myself thank god for this product I will forever use this now !! AMAZING!!!

I gave La Roche-Posay’s eczema cream a shot for my eczema flare-ups, and here’s the real deal: it’s great for moisturizing but didn’t quite hit the mark for my flare-ups. It kept my skin feeling soft and hydrated, sure, but when it came to the main event – tackling those pesky flare-ups on my face – it just didn’t stand up to the task. I had to switch back to my trusty cortisone, which honestly did a way better job.
I ended up using this cream more as a general body moisturizer. It’s okay for that, but if you’re looking for something to combat serious flare-ups, this might not be your hero product.
And about the tube – it’s kind of a pain to squeeze out the last bits of the cream. It’s like you know there’s more in there, but good luck getting it out! A little redesign could go a long way in making sure you can use up every last drop.
Overall, it’s a decent moisturizer, but for those tough eczema moments, you might want to keep looking. And a little tweak in the tube design wouldn’t hurt, either!

I started using retinol on my face every couple of days and when I say my face is dry, I mean DRY. Makeup was mpossible to put on it was so dry. I had some of this cream sitting around (not quite sure why I wasn’t using it) and thought I’d give it a shot since my normal moisturizer wasn’t cutting it.
I slathered one layer on my face before bed and let it soak in. My face wanted more, so I slathered it on generously again. This lotion/cream definitely sent me down the right path with the retinol. I turned a corner at this point. I continue to use it nightly. It’s been a few weeks.
I ended up needing more and didn’t think twice about ordering the same kind. Well worth it and not as expensive as many other creams. Lifesaver.
I will say it has a bit of a greasy feel to it when applying, but soaked in nicely and didn’t feel greasy or sticky once it sat on a little. But remember I had REALLY dry skin. So I woukd be careful when applying to your face if that’s what you plan. The only other downside was the really small bottle when you need to slather. And difficult to get out the last bit at the end of the tube. I ended up cutting the bottle to use the rest which lasted a few more applications.
