I recently gifted the O’KADY Avocado Hyaluronic Acid Skincare Set to my cousin, who has combination skin. Unfortunately, the set didn’t quite live up to its promises, and she experienced some irritation. Here’s a breakdown of the pros and cons:
Pros:
The set includes a comprehensive range of products, from cleanser to eye cream to moisturizer, making it a great value for the price.
The avocado extract and hyaluronic acid are gentle and hydrating ingredients that can benefit most skin types.
The products are lightweight and non-greasy, making them suitable for daily use.
Cons:
My cousin’s combination skin reacted poorly to the products, causing irritation and redness. This was disappointing, as the set is marketed as suitable for all skin types.
The products may not be as effective for combination skin, as they seem to be more geared towards dry or normal skin types.

The good – These products have been working great so far! I’ve noticed improvements to my overall skin texture and health in the past week that I’ve been using them! They are lightweight and have minimal fragrance. They absorb well and do not leave any weird residue. I have sensitive skin, and these products have been well-tolerated by my skin. The packaging is cute, and the bottles feel very sturdy.
The not so good – It comes with 6 products in the package, but there are minimal instructions for how to use them or what they are for. No idea what a tone up cream is in the first place, or why it would be the very last step after moisturizers. It has the order with which to use the products, but nothing else. I feel like having a bit more information about the products and what they are used for would be helpful with these.

These products come in a beautiful gift box. The several types of lotions and cleaners are not just sample size. These are full sized containers.
I have been hypo-allergenic and have especially struggled with facial products, all my life. I have had no reactions to this product, which is unusual for me. No blotchy redness, not even that stinging heat I often feel. This alone gives the product five stars.
The lotions absorb well, not leaving that thick heavy feeling. I really like their eye cream.
Thankfully, the manufacturers did not add massive fragrance. These products have a nice subtle scent.
The product itself is wonderful and I would really recommend it as a nice gift. The presentation was excellent.
My only disappointment is the company did not include any instructions, descriptions, or tips. I love having lots of details and instructions included with the products I choose. It would be nice to know how they recommend you use their products. Do I use this lotion in the morning and this other lotion at night? How should I use their toner? There are consumers that do not know everything about everything, so companies please include information.

Very nice lotion and cremes in a nice box but doesn’t have any clear instructions for any of the various lotions on when/how much to use. Some of them seem like they might be the same but labeled differently, or at least to me its hard to tell. Would love more information/details and some instructions with this set but overall very nice, seems like good quality and love the packaging and box.
