Bottle was twisted open. Half the bottle is dumped out in the bag. I don’t understand why it didn’t come in a box like most products? It could have been avoided.

I have really oily skin, and hormonal acne that sometimes turns cystic. Even using Murad, my skin was greasy just a couple hours after washing. Not with this stuff! It definitely actually cleans my skin. And it’s gentle. I use the Kinship Supermellow gel moisturizer with it and they work great together.

I bought this product not expecting much. Let me tell you I was completely surprised in a good way. I have suffered with cystic acne and hyperpigmentation for years! This has cleared up my skin and is lessening the hyperpigmentation. Very impressed! I will have to say this should be a bigger amount of product for this dollar amount. Removed one star because of pricing for small bottle.

I purchased this product after doing a quasi-thorough research study on Google about how to take care of my skin when I turned 40. I should preface this with the fact that I have never had a skin care routine, and I don’t like routines that are time consuming or overly frou-frou. So I saw this, and I had pretty low expectations.
Then I received my first bottle. I put it in the shower and use it daily as part of my morning work routine. The smell is not overpowering – it isn’t my favorite, but it isn’t off-putting either, and lightly rub my face. I have added an exfoliating scrubber every other day that I pair with this, and my skin has never looked better. One point to note, if you like suds, this is not the soap for you as you don’t get suds at all. My skin is mixed in that I have dry spots and slightly oily spots, so I pair this facial cleanser with a light moisturizer. I can feel when I do not put on the moisturizer, but the cleanser is not so drying that you can see a visible difference between moisturizing/not moisturizing. I also do not wear makeup so I cannot say how the cleanser impacts application or removal for makeup purposes. I do not think I would use it for that, as there are so many specialty products.
Overall, if you are looking for a gentle, unoffensive face cleanser at a decent price that lasts a while, this is a great choice.
