I’ve tried other electrolyte products and this one is great. It’s already a liquid so no major mixing and dissolving is required. There’s a very faint taste, but mixed in an iced tea or flavored seltzer, it isn’t even noticeable.

I’m doing intermittent fasting / keto diet and this is the only thing I’ve used that actually takes the keto “flu” feelings away. It tastes just a little funky/minerally, just mix it into something to mask it. I’ve had no problems with the dropper.

I was looking for a way to add some minerals and electrolytes to my diet and thought this would be a good solution. After comparing the contents to other options, this is what I decided to try.
First problem is on me. I took “unflavored” to mean “flavorless”. Of course I didn’t expect it to actually be flavorless, but it tastes like dirt… unsurprisingly. I think mud might taste better.
The second problem (which I now see in other reviews) is that the dropper doesn’t work. AT ALL. It was completely useless. I may try what another reviewer suggested and try to clear the tip and see if that helps, but it didn’t work from the start. I’ve also got to figure out what drink/flavoring I can get to cover up the nasty mineral taste.
I may update if I find a way to use it that works for me.

Glad that the old dropper container was dropped in favor of this drip container.
However, the usage directions say, “Serving Size: 6 droppers (6ml)”. This is obviously a carryover from the 1 ml dropper container. Confusing, as it implies using 6 drops, which is nowhere close to a ml.
Correct the label and I’ll change the rating of this review.

Switched to a Keto diet recently and really struggled with keto flu and aches and pains more than the last time I went keto so I thought I’d try this. I found putting a little lime juice in with the drops and water made a perfectly refreshing drink that seemed to help the aches and pains decrease. Also enjoyed mixing in some fresh ginger from time to time.
My nutritionist wasn’t happy about me starting a potassium supplement without talking to her, first. But, we ran a nutrition panel and my potassium levels were fine with the supplement included.
You should probably talk to your doctor first before starting if you have heart issues, it sounds like.

I’ve been taking this stuff for a while and I have also had trouble with the dropper, but in my experience it is because there are crystals from the sea minerals clogging the tip. I poke it with a pin and it works fine.
For those experiencing issues with the taste and nausea, I never minded the taste but I did get sick to my stomach when I first started taking it. Having a little food in your stomach helps, and also diluting it more than they suggest. I don’t put six droppers full in 32 ounces of water. I put one or two in 16 ounces and drink several of those concoctions throughout the day. You should be drinking that much water anyway.
Now for the person who almost vomited when they put one dropper full in their mouth, no no no no no. You’re not supposed to do that at all. It would make anyone sick. The instructions clearly call for adding it to water. You can also add it to any other drink. It’s actually tasty in lemonade or iced tea with lemon. The salty taste and the citrus complement one another.
Hope this helps someone. If you’re on a keto diet it will make you feel better if you can figure out how to tolerate it. Good luck!
