I really especially like this soft case for transporting things like insulin or medications that need to remain cool.
I am a horse person and I have dogs and animals Which require me to purchase vaccines medications that have to be kept cool from feed stores. This is excellent when I have a long trip to make back home or have groceries that I need to purchase while running errands. This is excellent for that as well. Which is why I ordered this.
I love the pouches and carrying strap. It makes it very easy to pop in a bag and go.
The hard case is a little in the heavier side compared to the semi hard case from this brand, and has two gel freezable packets that keep your contents cold. Overall I can see many uses for this out side of medical reasons. Even to have little cold snacks for children without taking a full bag. Overall it’s great! And I would easily recommend this to other people.

This insulin cooler is exactly what you’d expect, and matches the product pictures and description. The inside is large enough to house whatever insulin or similar medicine you need to keep with you and cool, and the freezer packs slide right into the side pockets. The entire thing is lined with a metallic reflective material that seems to work well at keeping things insulated. I haven’t stress tested this in the peak of summer, but it will last several hours for sure at a minimum.
Overall if you’re looking for an insulin cooler to take with you, this one is medium-to-large in size and has a ton of color options. If you need a bigger but not huge cooler, this is a good one to consider.

I own two other cases by this same brand (Leng Ke), which are my personal favorites of all the different brands of these types of cases that I have tried. The style of this case is a little bit different than the other two I have so I thought that I would try this one out to compare.
There are some similarities and some differences, the first being that this is more of soft shell case, whereas the others are hard shell, and the outer material is different. The material of this one reminds of a cross between canvas and vegan leather, whereas it’s a woven material but has a plasticy feel to it. The other cases outer material was more neoprene-like, which made sense for the hard shell. I think I prefer the hard shell case and the neoprene material slightly better, but I think that this case is well made is functions well. The zipper moves easily, and the inside pockets are well functioning. The other difference between this case and the others I have by this brand is that the two inside sides of this case are mostly identical, whereas in the other case, one side was empty and had a removable insert with pockets instead. The other case holds slightly more, but it is also a bit thicker in size.
Overall this is a great case, and I think it really just comes down to personal preferences whether someone would prefer this case or the other by this brand, so I’m giving it 4 stars because I don’t really have any complaints about it, I just personally prefer their other style more 🙂

This kept my meds cool all day for my day trip up the road. The meds were still refrigerator temp and I was able to get them safely into a fridge after my drive. Much easier than packing an entire cooler just to keep it cool. Thanks!

This might be smaller and not have all the bells and whistles of others on the market, but it works well. The case does its job and keeps your meds cool for a long time. The freezer packs are good quality as is the case itself. This is a good buy.

The case itself is a beautiful purple and is obviously well made. The case has a zipper that closes it securely. Inside are two thin ice packs that you’ll want to put in the freezer for 24 hours prior to using. You then put one ice pack on each side and put your insulin inside. It has a nice handle for carrying but does not have a thermometer to monitor the temperature.

This travel case is of high quality and big enough to hold more than one insulin pen or EpiPen. It is stitched well and is durable. It comes with two freezer packs, and more can be purchased that are made by this same company; for easy swap outs. It has very good insulating properties and is very attractive. Upon arrival and unpackaging, I didn’t detect any toxic odors or chemical smell, as well as any fragrance. This case will be serviceable for many years.

My original thoughts were that this was a little overpriced but once actually receiving and using, this is above standard. The quality of the colors, design, and stitching alone had me hooked. It’s cute! I love that there are 2 freezer packs instead of 1 and also love that the brand is included on them. This helps me remember which freezer packs go with what.
