Followed the instructions carefully but each time I tested it , it ended up freezing my insulin pens. The case is constructed well and insulated well.
Will continue to use but I won’t freeze the gel pack just get everything refrigerator cold and seal up.

Ok, I don’t think the display can be 100% relied upon. It’s in C, which is fine for me, but this being so cheap, I’m not so sure I would always trust it. However, if you just think if this as a simple cooler, I guess it does the job. I would use this for short trips that are a few hours long for easy transport. I like the size, and the included cooling gels. The container being metal keeps the insulin safe. For the price, it’s good.

This insulin cooler is about the size of a sports water bottle or thermos, and comes with a case and strap so it is easy to carry. It is made mostly of steel, which ensures that the meds are being stored safely. The Biogel bottle maintains a pretty stable refrigerator temperature for at least a day and is designed so it won’t freeze the meds. This can fit just one of my Mounjaro injection pens, mainly because they have large triangular caps, but this is clearly shown on one of the product page photos so I knew it before getting this – this is sufficient for me, as I only need one pen per week. More expensive versions would allow you to switch from C to F and would have a rechargeable temperature display, but they are twice as expensive. For this price I can live without those features. This is perfect for short trips.

Whether for airline travel or just by car around town, this is a great option to keep what you need, with you and protected. For multi dose syringe medicines or emergency epi type of pens, this could be the answer. You don’t need to carry a whole cooler when this will do the trick. It stays securely closed and retains the coolness quite a long time. The ice pack plastic piece is easy to fill and freeze. Stays the same dimensions so no need to have to break up the ice pack to get your medicine in the canister. This could be a solution that for the money is an easy choice. This is a good buy.

This is a nice slim cooler for my medicine. there is a nice sleeve with carrying belt to carry on the shoulder. The lid also has a silicone seal to prevent leaking of condensation water. It is nice to carry for a travel out of one day. Although the insulation is rather thin, there are two gel coolant to help. There is also a cute thermometer to tell the temperature. It is very useful. To carry to travel, especially in the summer.

This thermos style insulin cooler has a very solid and durable design. From outward appearances, it looks very similar to a thermal water bottle, so it’s rather discreet, if that’s important to you. It comes with two gel-based cold packs that you can freeze and have ready to use. This container is a very convenient height to store a wide variety of insulin pen styles and sizes. You could also potentially put small bottles of medicine in this as well, if necessary. I appreciate that they included a bottle sleeve bag that comes with a shoulder carrying strap. That makes it really convenient and more portable. One feature that I find to be extremely helpful is the fact that the lid of this bottle has a digital temperature display on it. That way, we can monitor things and know when we might need to switch out the ice packs.
I think this cooler really helps foster a better sense of independence, and it would be perfect for travel, whether it’s just a day out, or possibly a longer excursion. It has a nice sleek and relatively compact design, and I find it to be easier and more convenient than lugging around larger medicine coolers.

I bought this because we travel by car down to the Southern USA a couple of times a year. It keeps my insulin cool until we can get to our hotel room. I love this product.❤
