This insulin case is a total game-changer for traveling with insulin supplies! The triple-layer insulation, paired with the included ice packs, keeps my insulin perfectly cool for well over 8 hours—even on warm days. The built-in temperature sensor and external display are incredibly reassuring; I always know my medication is safe without having to open the case constantly. I love how organized it is, too. The compartments and elastic bands fit everything I need: insulin pens, glucose monitor, test strips, and even glucose tablets. It’s compact enough to slip into my backpack but feels sturdy thanks to the protective hard shell. I’ve flown with it several times now without any issues. Whether you’re managing yourself or looking for a thoughtful gift, this case is practical, reliable, and clearly designed with care. Highly recommend!

The temperature meter is good to have. The batteries that were installed did not last long, but it came with extras.

We travel with quite a bit of temp sensitive medications that I do try to keep cold during travel (most meds are fine a room temp for awhile, especially once they are being used). I got this to use on short trips where we don’t need a lot with us, and on longer trips to keep the meds that we need during transit. It’s too small to keep a larger supply of meds for long trips.
It’s a nice case. It’s hard sided so fully protective the meds whether pen, penfils, or vials. It’s has space for the small ice packs that it comes with plus some meds. It includes panel mounted to the outside of the case to provide a constant readout of the temp inside the case, which is very useful to know that the ice pack is still partially frozen.
The case itself is sturdy and well made. The zipper works fine and does not feel like its going to break anytime soon.

This was a great find for storing the medication that needs to keep cool. Also, since it is glass medication it keeps it more safeguarded inside of this case. As well of course as maintaining its necessary temperature. There are two flaps to put the ice packs in (that it comes with) to keep it tightly in place and cool. The little temperature monitor in the front is also very helpful to keep a look at and have a peace of mind that the temperature is maintained.

This little case has made it to much easier to transport my stepdaughters meds when she travels. The casenitself is sleek and sturdy. It seems to be insulated very well and has 2 added ice packs to keep things cold. My only thing is the display battery ran out early and I haven’t figured out how to replace them. The case does include replacements though so it’s possible.

Looks like you could throw it off of a building and it’d survive. Compact, but big enough to hold a pen and several needles and alcohol patches. The temp readout on the front is pretty fullproof and digital. Great product.

This worked so well to keep my medication and injector pen refrigerated while I traveled on a 12 hour flight. It has great storage capacity and was easy to use. Very durable. Would recommend!

I’m a Red Cross disaster response shelter manager and over the years of doing this I’ve seen a big increase in type II diabetics showing up. We aren’t allowed to store their insulin in the kitchen fridges so I picked up a bunch of different personal insulin travel coolers like this. Of them, this one is more of a low-end product. The construction seems slipshod and not well thought out. Replacing the battery requires cutting through the insulation. The instructions are much more poorly translated into English than others. The Velcro is low quality. But they will keep insulin cool for 12-18 hours in air conditioned interiors. Using it in a hot car in the summer will not give you the same length of cooling. Overall, it’s fine for what we need it to do, but it really shows how quality can very among things at the same price point.
