I got this item to keep my semaglutide cool during a flight overseas. First of all, pay attention to the dimensions of the item, as it is bigger than I thought it would be. The case is a hard shell of good quality with zipper closure. One side has a mesh pocket for storing accessories, and the other side holds the fold up “wallet” in which to store the medication. Inside the wallet are two ice packs with sturdy and well-made material. I cannot imagine these would ever leak! There is a temperature probe as well which connects to the display on the front. I’m pleased with how this item protected and cooled my medication and would recommend it to anybody.

This works exactly as intended. I can keep the contents at 40 degrees for 8 hours in 75 degree weather if I do a few things. First, I make sure to start with the case in the fridge. The freezer is even better but tends to throw off the thermometer. The ice packs for sure must be frozen down to 0 or so to have a shot at 8+ hours. Next I either put the entire case in my lunch cooler/ insulated bag, or I at least put it in a ziplock bag to trap extra air around it. If I do literally no extra work and start the case at room temperature and leave out in the open or just throw in a backpack I still get 6 hours around 42 degrees or less. That is pretty good in my opinion for such a tiny case that is fairly thin.
I would definitely add an ice pack if I had the room, I expect that would take it to 10 hours. They do include extra batteries for the thermometer but you have to unglue the backing to get to it, so have some hot glue ready if you need to replace the batteries. Couldn’t really ask for more around this price, very nice design with temperature readout.

This is perfect to keep the integrity of our insulin and has great ice packs and good storage. This is perfect for medicine

This is a decent cooler case – it works well and I really appreciate the temperature display on the front. It’s really solid and is a great size to fit all the things I need.
My main complaint is that although it comes with spare batteries… I have to literally rip off the back of the temp display to change the batteries, and then glue it back on after – hoping I manage to keep replicate the watertight seal! There is absolutely no access! I am completely dumbfounded. And I promise you this is not a matter of my incompetence – although if it is, it’s because no instructions on battery changing were included!
Please don’t get this product unless it’s a last resort.

Does what it is supposed to do. Unfortunately, the zipper is tight and hard to move. It will probably be breaking soon.

Well-insulated and sturdy. Keeps medication at the right temperature for extended periods.

This cooler item arrived in poor shape and I couldn’t tell if the cooler would work well. The trust in the quality of the product is not there for me. The cost could have been worth its value except that it appears to be in poor shape that I would not use it, really.

Pros: i take taltz which is only stable room temp for 5 days so when I travel I need an easy way to keep it at around 40F. The injection with the cap is about 7 inches and this fits it really well. I’ll have to do a test to see how long it takes to come to room temp and if the thermometer is even accurate. The first picture was when I first opened it, it was reading accurately to what the temperature in that room is reading which is a good sign! After messing with it to see if my shot would even fit and figuring out how the whole thing works the thermometer was then reading several degrees higher.
Cons: the directions on how they want you to use it (where to put everything) was kind of confusing truthfully. The probe is supposed to go down the middle and the ice pack which is originally in the left and right flaps is apparently supposed to go behind the pen? Idk maybe it’s just me but it seemed a little overly complicated, especially because the thermometer probe doesn’t want to play nice and there isn’t a specific strap to hold it in place.
Overall thoughts: it’s really sturdy and seems like a good product. Next, Ill have to test it to see if it stays cold for 5-6 hours which is how long I’d be traveling before I could get my pen into a fridge.
