This case is nice and sturdy. I ordered it to use while traveling or on an outing to carry my allergy shot vials that have to be kept cold. It doesn’t close without pushing out on the thermometer. The thermometer never reads the correct temperature, so I never know the correct temperature to be sure the inside is cold without opening the case.

This is a nice hard sided insulin cold storage travel container. I have another one of these that is much more compact but it’s soft sided. I’ve never had any trouble with damage but it’s always been a concern of mine especially when travelling longer distance so I decided to give this hard sided container a try.
This container is definitely much sturdier than my soft sided container and I can’t imagine the contents inside this ever being damaged without a quite large amount of force. As I mentioned this isn’t as compact as my soft sided case but there is also more storage room inside this one where my other was a fairly tight fit with just 2 pens and some essentials. The addition of a temp display on the outside of this container is another great feature. So far it seems fairly accurate to me but I haven’t yet checked it against an infrared thermometer.
My overall opinion of this is that it’s a very good storage container and the only reason I could see using a smaller soft sided case rather than this is if you’re not travelling very far or if saving space is of great importance. Otherwise I would go with this case.

I just had to travel for a work trip, and I needed something to pack my insulin in. I am very pleased with this cooler travel case it kept my insulin as cool as it would be in a refrigerator for 10+ hours.
I removed the two ice packs that comes with the insulin cooler case and I froze them the night before I had to travel. So that they were ready in the morning, frozen solid, I put the ice packs in the insulin travel case. There’s a slot on each side of the travel case, and the insulin goes into the zipper part of the travel case. Very easy to figure out.
I like that the insulin Cooler travel case has storage compartments so that I can Have My pin needles as available. One thing that I do not like about the insulin cooler, travel case is the bulkiness. The case is very thick. It just seems that the case doesn’t have to be as bulky as it is. But overall, I’m very happy with the cooler travel case.

I recently flew with this, one way with the ice packs frozen and it kept my item cold for a couple days and the way back, I just had it refrigerated and it was only cold for about 5 hrs. I would recommend freezing if you need the items to stay cold. I had no problem with this in my carry on and tsa never asked to inspect it. Great purchase.

The hurricanes that hit Texas and Appalachia left thousands without power. If you’re a diabetic that relies on insulin to survive, this just makes the situation even worse. This little case uses ice packs to keep your inulin cold for 18-24 hours without power and if you plan ahead, storing extra ice packs in your freezer or a cooler, you can extend your insulins life even longer.
The case material is tough, allowing it to protect your insulin even if thrown into a rescue boat. The digital thermometer lets you know the interior is cold enough without opening it, letting hot air in. If you’re a diabetic in an area prone to hurricanes, earthquakes, forest fires, or other events that knock out the power for days you should have on of these.
