I have to use an injected medicine that is required to stay cold. This is always a struggle if I’m traveling. This case is the perfect solution! The ice pack is small and easy to store in the freezer. My injections fit in the case with the ice packs without any problem!

I can’t comment on using it for medicine/travel but I got this item to use for keeping some snacks cool while traveling with my son and it worked well as a nice compact container and the ice pack stayed cool for several hours.

This is a perfect carrier for about four or five syringes or three larger insulin pens. I use this case for day excursions where I know I’ll be without refrigeration for several hours, and it keeps cold all day in cold weather or for several hours in warmer weather. I also use this case to carry my backup ice packs when I’m carrying my larger case for longer trips, like when I travel abroad from the US to Europe and beyond. This case holds two frozen bio-gel ice packs all day. It’s a very useful, attractive case which I use all the time. The zipper works very well, and the case comes with a nice carrying strap which is useful as a zipper pull or for tethering to another bag.

Didn’t buy it for insulin, but for eye drops that need refrigeration. Hard to believe that the small ice pack will last up to 8 hours.

This does fit my supplies but note that the ice pack is loose. The ice pack has a nice very good nylon type cover over the gel pack. It’s small and quality. It is good for shorter travels. As for the reflective insulation inside, it could be designed a bit better. There is room for pens, wipe pads and syringes, the sipper on this hard. And is waterproof. Overall looks pretty good.

Was looking for a medication case I could use for keeping the injections cold during air travel. Settled with this one as I didn’t want a model with thermometer and more features which ultimately make things more complex and difficult to keep in a constant temperature.
The outside feels great, it’s hard and keeps shape and looks good, the inside though feels a little cheap and not really well insulated. The ice pack says to be placed inside the mesh bag, but there is not one in this model, so the ice pack will be free inside the case and might fall when you open it.
Also the description images of the product is confusing as some screenshots show a model with temperature display which is not correct, so expect a case with no temperature display.
Used it for a quick 2hrs flight and medicine stayed cool, but ice pack was melted when I got to my destination, so not sure it will hold a long/intercontinental flight. I would recommend putting the whole case inside the freezer for an hour before heading out so the inside also gets cold and holds the temperature a little bit longer instead of relying only on the ice pack.
