This is a great travel case for any medications that requires refrigeration or needs to be kept cool. Lasts a good 5 hours for constant fridge temperature, after 5 hours, it starts to warm up a bit, so I highly recommend either getting an extra ice pack, or using your own extra ice pack if you’re gonna be out for more than 4 hours. The zippered case helps seal and keep the cool temperature inside and is compact enough to easily fit in any bags.

I take medicine that has to stay cool. This will be great when I travel so I don’t feel like my medicine is going to go bad. It comes with ice packs, silver insulated lining and feels like it is very well made. I have not used it yet, vacations at the end of July. Will update if anything goes wrong otherwise I’m going to assume that it’s going to work as well as expected. Also the case is really cute and doesn’t look like a medical bag which I really like

Our family includes both Type 1 and 2 diabetics, a child and an adult. We carry 4 different insulin pens as well as a vial with us. I’ve tried several different cases and this is my opinion of this one.
First off, this case is pretty! Most of the diabetic cases are just solid colors, so this marbled design is fun!
It is slimmer than the other cases that I have, but there two reasons for that.
The ice packs are very slender and are bags about half the size of an icee pop. They freeze well, but also defrost faster than the plastic ice packs that other manufacturers provided. I don’t believe that these ice packs will keep the pens cold enough for an all day trip.
I found the case to be inadequate for vials. It really is designed for pens. Which is fine if that all you use.

This is great for traveling as normally we would have to put my husband’s pouch like this in a cooler oh now this is like a cooler of its own. You can freeze the gel packs or refrigerate them depending on how long you need them to be cold. They are small enough that you can refreeze them in most mini fridge freezers that are available in most hotel rooms as well. The whole thing including zipper and extra pouches all seem to be well made and durable.

This stylish insulin case is small, but it holds enough insulin for day trips. My daughter is able to fit a vial and pen into the case with no problem. I like that you slip the gel ice packs into a pocket. The material provides a small barrier between the ice pack and insulin. This is important as insulin can ruin if it gets too cold/frozen. The gel ice packs are thin and small, so they may not last long on hot days. I would check inside after a couple of hours to make sure your medication is at a proper temperature.
The case is small enough to slip into a handbag, backpack, luggage, etc. It appears that this should be TSA approved if the gel packs are frozen solid. The marble green colors blend nicely on the case. I found no problems with any of the stitching, and the zipper was secure on the case. The case has a decent amount of padding to help protect the contents. This is a nice case to use when you need a smaller case for short travel. It does not hold much more than insulin and very minimal supplies.

Kept my meds chilled for our long plane flight with layovers. We also changed hotels often on our 10 day road trip through Arizona. I refroze them at each hotel and they kept meds chilled.

This hasn’t made it on a long trip yet, but it seems to be working properly. I’m on a drug for genetic high cholesterol that has to be refrigerated. I knew there were other shots that had to be refrigerated, but I was wondering if I was going to have to carry around a small cooler whenever I went on a trip during the time frame I need to take the medication. I was so happy to find this! We have a couple of longer trips coming up so I’m interested to see if this will keep the shot cold for a long enough time.
