Convenience personified, for both the daily grind and the far-flung voyage. Within its depths, a symphony of pockets and elastic waltzes – pens for insulin, syringes poised for action, wipes soaked in the cleansing spirits, all manner of supplies held in neat array.
A place for everything, and everything in its place, a balm to the soul of the disorganized soul, like myself. But a caveat, mind you – not a fortress for a multi-day siege, this is a day tripper’s companion, a guardian for the night’s slumber.

This is a really classy looking case with a sort of understated vintage elegance to it, very professional and adult looking (which is not true of all the designs out there!). Inside, it has a decent balance of insulation without being excessively bulky or heavy; it’s heavier and less spacious than a toiletries bag of the same dimensions, but not terrible, and there’s enough insulation to keep things cool on a quick trip. How long it will stay cool is obviously dependent on environmental conditions; inside a dark backpack indoors, with air conditioning, will be radically different from sitting in the sun in a hot car. I would expect it to keep the meds cool for 6 hours in a cool, shady location (room temperature between 60 to 70 F), but probably less the warmer the surroundings are.
I love that this case has internal dividers for organization. That’s a really unusual feature and makes this one far more useful than most I’ve seen!
The gel packets are made of a good, thick material that should hold up to plenty of freeze/thaw cycles without leaking. They printed the instructions (in English!) on the gel packets so those can’t get lost. The plastic bag in which the whole case came is also the “storage bag” for the gel packets for when you put them in the freezer, to keep them clean if there are any contaminants in the freezer itself. All around, a good kit, and ready to use as soon as the gel packs freeze.

This case could be mistaken for a small makeup bag or a pencil case. It is nicely constructed but soft body so be mindful that it may not be robust enough pack safely in a soft duffel bag that you checked in. It works just like a lunch bag – insert freezer packs (provided) into the insulated bag to keep things cold for several hours. It’s lightweight, packs very small, and has very convenient inside pockets to keep everything in it’s place. Not a bag bag for the price but I wish it at least had hard sides for peace of mind against breakage.

This is a well-made case, with several features that I like. The case itself has good insulation all around, specifically noting that it has what feels like a piece of foam within the top and bottom, but also on the four sides. The interior has a reflective surface, which may be referred to as an aluminum foil surface, but it is a reflective silver material, which feels relatively thick and durable, not like a foil, and does not appear likely to tear. It is well attached, and the inside has a flap on the top and bottom, each of which have their own pockets as shown, and the bottom and top of the case have their own mesh elastic pockets as well. This includes two ice packs, each of which have a fabric type feel to them, which is nice, though I would prefer if the majority of it wasn’t covered with Chinese writing, there is also instructions in English on half of one side of each of the ice packs. The case has a good comfortable durable handle. Very importantly, the zipper appears well-made and functions very smoothly. I am attaching several photos to show you what I received. I hope some of this is helpful for you. I think this is a well-made case. I like it.

Great little case to hold needles and supplies in. Lots of sections so I can keep all my supplies organized. Cooling packs fit well and are more jelly like so they do not sweat on everything.
