I love these they are so cold but wrap in a towel it will hurt if you dont I have not try it hot yet I normally just keep in the freezer there are great for lunch box or body pain it a small circle that fit in your hand but it super cold it probably can give you frostbite if place on skin so i wound wrap it up

Bought for sore nipples after breast-feeding, and the other perfect size! I had an issue with the first pack, not freezing, fully, but I contacted customer service and they were great and sent a replacement. Totally recommend!

These gel pads were helpful during the first few weeks postpartum when learning the ropes for breastfeeding. I love that they could be used cold or warm! I utilized the warm feature to help soothe and prepare for a feeding session. The only downside is that when used cold they defrost pretty quickly but still work great!

I’ve used these gel packs for both heat and ice applications. I’ve had them for several months now, and they have held up well, with no leaks. I like the compact size — great for my knees. I place them over the painful areas, then secure with elastic bandages. The 5-pack lets me switch easily from heat to ice. I keep two or three in the freezer at all times, and heat two in the microwave when I need them. The instructions say to heat them to the desired temperature in 10-second intervals, removing them and squeezing them in between to distribute the gel evenly to prevent bursting the cover. Works like a charm.
