Fantastic quality, substantial pill tin. This fits a day’s meds, including 2 fish oil capsules (I take 17 pills of various sizes daily). It also feels very pleasing in the hand. I’ve had cheap aluminium pill tins, but there is no comparison. I love Gus Made!

Weird thing about these GUS pill fobs…. there’s just no right size.
I first bought the mini, figuring that would hold my daily meds perfectly. No such luck. They did all fit, but once in there, they were so stuck due to the taper of the interior that I had to use a pick to get them out. Not so handy.
Next I got the Magnum. This certainly fit my medication for the day, but is nearly twice the size it needs to be. (Definitely won’t be putting this on a keychain, though it does live in my jeans pocket and hold my daily meds.)
I also got the micro in order to hold two benadryl so I’d have them with me all the time in case of emergency. (It’s the only one that’s actually small enough to keep on a key chain.)
Now, I will hand it to them, these are superbly manufactured units…. very high quality, and worth the price. I just wish there was a size between “Mini” and “Magnum”
I guess that I cannot honestly take any stars away because the sizes didn’t meet my needs…. but it was (and is) frustrating.

I had gotten so tired of wrapping my pre-dinner meds in a handkerchief, so I bought this Pill Fob and I love it. It attaches to my key ring, and it holds two 750 pills, along with two smaller pills. It is perfect and it looks like it will last a very long time. I have seen some people complain about the sharp edges of the screw threading, or that the Fob has unscrewed and they have lost either the contents, or the part that holds the pills. Let me say for me, I have had neither issue. The threading doesn’t seem overly sharp, and I have never had the Fob unscrew by accident.

It’s pricey, but you get what you pay for. I’ve had this going on 2 years now and I’m not disappointed. Great product. I have it on my keychain and I abuse it. Sure, it’s scratched up now from abuse, but because it’s not painted and is stainless steel, it hasn’t rusted and it still looks great. I love it. Just bought one for my wife and she loves it too.
I use it for storing earplugs as I’m a musician (needed for loud stages). My wife uses it for pill storage. It’s well made and water tight.

I bought a few other small metal keychain bottles trying to find one that fit loop earplugs well. This one fits perfectly and seems like really great quality and aesthetics. The loop earplugs come with a plastic case and I had it come open and lost an earplug, so new set of earplugs and this better case!

The keychain ring was not included with the fob. I would have rated this product 5 stars if the chain ring was included with the fob as advertised. I would appreciate if the seller would send me the ring attachment to complete the fob I ordered. Your product is is precisely manufactured and will last a lifetime. Again, I would like the stainless ring as shown in the picture. If you can send that small item to me I’ll gladly change my review to a five rating. While costly, this pill fob is worth the price and any contents will be completely kept dry and intact. I hope you can accommodate my request. Willard

I carry this everywhere to keep important medicines close at hand. I’ve used it daily for over 4½ years so far and it’s still like new. I doubt I’ll ever need to replace it.
This thing is exceptionally durable — all GUSMade keyfobs are. You can feel the quality in every part of it; even the split ring is nice. The triangular bit that connects the lid to the split ring (or other keychain, I use a locking s-biner) is much heavier gauge than I’ve seen from other brands. I trust it to never fail.
It’s not even fair to compare this to plastic or aluminum pill holders. I collect pocket knives and the build quality of the GUS magnum reminds me of a high-end knife – quality materials, tight tolerances, careful construction, and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE – while a typical pill fob is more like a flea market no-name knockoff knife. Also, it’s made in the USA, if that’s important to you.

I was indeed needed a pill fob that would house a few meds. I read many reviews before decided to get this one. I was not disappointed, the fob came in a well package with an instruction. I love this pill 💊 fob and never thought I’d needed one. The fob is made with good grade of metal for sure. I added the stainless steel ball chain so I won’t forget to take my med on time. For ref’ the ball chain is 34 inches long which it drops above my belly, and I’m a female 5’4

i personally have been using this product for years to carry a midday medication. my husband recently needed one, so we purchased this for his use. same great quality. a 100% airtight, waterproof, easily carried container. if you need something like this, it’s a great value and will suite your needs. cannot recommend enough..
