I have used glucosamine chondroitin + MSM supplements for a while in the hope of fending off the family curse of joint problems. The addition of turmeric is a nice touch for anti-inflammation and other health benefits. These capsules are kind of large but are smooth and easy to swallow. The directions say to take prior to meals. This always makes me nervous as I’m worried I will have stomach irritation in the brief time between taking the vitamin and taking a bite of food. However, I had no stomach issues.
The taste and smell are kind of strong due to the turmeric. I’m also not sure if you’re supposed to take 3 capsules at once, or if you can spread them out of the course of the day. The instructions recommend taking a double dose for the first 2 weeks, one in the morning and one at night, then just 1 dose per day after the first 2 weeks.
Hard to tell about long-term effectiveness – ask me in 20 years, haha – but I’m pleased with these!

I have been taking this for some time and I have been very happy with it. I have had no issues thus far and have not had any negative experiences. The capsules are slightly bigger but I still had no issues swallowing them. I follow the directions as written and it is important to know that the first few weeks of taking you can take more as a loading dose then go to the lower amount. I found the directions to be clear and concise and labeled clearly. I overall am very happy with this product and I am happy with the quality, quantity and the value.

Good combination of ingredients aimed at supporting joint health and reducing inflammation. 3 capsules have the daily doze of 1500mg of glucosamine. It says to take before food and to double the dose the first 2 weeks, which makes this bottle a 45 day supply and not 60. 6 capsules a day is awful lot of capsules to swallow. Time will show if these work as it takes a while to start feeling the effects.

With a large number of Americans now suffering from some form of Joint disorder to some degree, I decided to do my own home work and see what naturally-based products are out there, that may perosnally help me deal with the daily pain and discomfort.
My doctor recommended that I take daily doses of Glucosamine Chondroitin, so I began looking out for viable contenders.
I took a bit of a chance, ordering these on line. Especially as the information on them, was so limited. However, when I recieved the product, I was able to put my own mind at ease with a fairly clearly marked and very carefully presented label. In this respect, I made a good choice.
These truly appear to be “all-natural”, as the only ingedients that they appear to contain are natural herbs and extracts. Of course there are other natural products used in the making of the capsules themselves too. But nothing on my normal warning radar list of, “stay clear”! If you have any allegies to fish or shellfish, DO NOT TAKE THESE capsules! In tiny writing, the ingredients include these ingredients.
These supplements pass my own visual initial quality control for natural and healthy, herbally-based ingredients, with a100% pass mark. No added sugars or unneccessary fillers.
Why do so many still add these sugars, bad colorings, carnuba wax and other unhealthy ingredients, in their supposedly “healthy-products”? All I can say, is READ THE LABEL’S!
Does it work? You may be asking? I dont know at this point, would be my honest response. I have not started started using these yet as I have yet to finish my last bottle of these supplements. Either way, it may take several months for these to bear any results.
I feel like this maker should get 5 Gold Stars. But the fact that so many people are allegic to shellfish and may not be able to use these and the fact that this was printed in such dangerously small writing, I can only bring myself to award these guys 4 gold Stars. This is mainly because all the ingredients are naturally based -even if some of it is fish-based.

As with all supplements, you have to decide whether the ingredients work for you. For me, the ingredients are just right. Moreover, there are several products that I take as separate pills – with this product, I only need to take one pill instead of three. The bottles come fully sealed – the box, the bottle itself, and the inside seal, so you know nobody used it before you. Packaging is very high quality. I know we are not supposed to comment on packaging, but to me, quality of packaging also signals the quality of product.
There is no immediate effect, and I don’t know if the product works long-term, but I trust the ingredient list and hope that it does work. So if you are looking for this ingredients list, this product is definitely a way to go.
