I really like my Glucology Diabetic Travel Case — not that I travel much. I was looking for a sturdy case where I could consolidate all of my diabetic supplies: pens, extra needles and my Freestyle Libre testing unit. This case does exactly that. I am able to insert under an elastic-type band both of my pens. One pen is wider than the other, but both fit perfectly. I could even add an extra pen if I were going to travel far from my refrigerator where I keep my complete pen supply. The pouch where I store extra needle is accessed by a zipper so it can expand to hold needles for use without going to my supply cabinet where the box of needles are kept. It is a value equal to the cost.

I bought the Glucology Diabetic Travel Case to protect a new meter and associated supplies. With its three loops, 2 zip pockets, velcro patches, and a deep document pocket, setting up the case to suit one’s needs is very flexible. On a four day trip to visit family, I was able to carry in the case two insulin pens, lancing device, container of test strips, meter (large), daily meds, and extra lancets. I did not need the sharps container, so it wasn’t included. On an ordinary day I toss the case and contents in my backpack which often is banged about. No worries. The case protects. BTW…..the two way zipper is a nice touch. I would buy again.

This travel case has a hard shell for protection, without being too bulky. Inside it has several pockets and heavy duty elastics to securely hold your testing supplies. The perfect companion while traveling!

I bought this case sometime ago and it is still going strong. The material is pretty strong. It holds all the things I need to travel for my care.

Extremely happy with this purchase. Zipper pocket within to holds a large amount of lancets, a velcro pocket to hold a large amount of needles, belt-type restraints for pens, meter and testing strip canister. As someone who uses two types of insulin daily, I’d appreciate a third restraint – two for the insulin pens and one for the finger-pricker-tester thing. But I would definitely buy this again. Solid case and, though I haven’t dropped it yet, I believe it would hold up very well as the design is very sturdy. Travel bag that comes with it is great, as well.
Totally recommend!!

Might work better for pens… but if I attempt to put insulin vials in one side and test strip bottle on the other… they make the case rather difficult to close… odd since there is a huge amount of free space left in the case being too wide in every direction except the one which is needed (height). There is one useful fabric pocket that has some depth to it, the others are flat against the case itself giving them virtually no capacity… at least until the case has been worn, and the pockets stretched a whole lot more. Also, the velcro bits are rather useless… I’d have to put it on my meter right where the battery access is to make use of it, would have been better to use large, stretchy pockets or elastic straps for something like that. A good idea but seem to be designed by someone with very little familiarity with what the contents would be or how a person might use it on a regular basis.

Bought this one originally and was satisfied but ultimately had to order the larger one for more space for meds..Still highly recommend this one. Sturdy stylish and functional

It’s nice to have something I can keep all my diabetic supplies in when away from home. I carry this in my EDC backpack, and it goes everywhere with me. I can fit my meter, lancet tool, insulin pen, and plenty of pen needles for about a week. I typically only need to use this in the morning when testing and injecting at work before breakfast. I also use the pouch for carrying alcohol wipes to clean my fingertips before testing. Overall, it’s a great case.
