This is great, much smaller than small cooler, and last a little longer than a soft lunch bag. I would say, I wish it was just a tad smaller. It takes up a lot of space in your backpack or suitcase, and was much larger than I expected.
But, all you need to do is freeze the cooling packets, zip them in, and then stash your pens and supplies. It works great, but doesn’t stay cool as long as you’d expect. Great for short flights until you get where you’re going, but having the digital display that keeps you informed of the temp is a great addition to knowing how cool the insides are at all times.

This case reminds me of the uber-tough travel cases for portable gaming systems…The kind a 200lb man can sit on without breaking. This is very well-made, and the cooler packs are sized correctly. Has hidden zipper compartments for storage. Easy to get to the battery if needed to swap out. Price is appropriate.

This is a well-insulated insulin travel case and fits comfortably in my backpack and oversize business purse. I do not have to worry about my insulin during the day as much as I did before and do not have to use the refrigerator at work as I did before. I can check the temperature using the outside digital display and change out the freezer packs as needed. I leave 1 pack in the cooler and store the other in the freezer at home or work and swap out the packs as needed. When distance traveling, the 2 packs keep the insulin at the required temperatures. Because of the convenient size, it is easy to take my necessary supplies with me and not have to add inconvenient insulated coolers. I did a trip of approximately 1500 miles point to point and my insulin kept well as I was able to re-freeze the travel packs at the hotel overnight. I have other travel freezer packs that fit into the case so I can carry additional frozen packs in baggies and swap out if needed.

Hello friends, I selected this medication cooler for heat sensitive medication.
This medication cooler is a red colored hard case with a temperature display. It has a double zipper that has a sealed edge on it to prevent the case from allowing heat in and keeping it cool inside. There is a small loop with a wristlet on the end where the zippers meet. The case has a texture on the outside that gives it an attractive look. It looks like woven fabric. The inside has a space for two ice packs and then in the middle there is an unattached small little zipper case for keeping cold medication. Medication can be kept in this little zipper case ahead of time in the refrigerator. Then when it needs to be transported, the ice packs can be placed inside and the zipper case sandwiched in between before zipping it closed. It makes it convenient and quick to move medication when needed. There’s enough room for a short trip. For extended trips, a larger unit may be needed. This worked just fine for some heat sensitive eye drops. The case stayed cool for hours kept in the shade.

For starters, the FYY Insulin Cooler Travel Case is BIG: 9 x 3.5 inches of cooling. It is secured by a waterproof exterior and zipper, which glides easily, and TWO reusable ice packs, each given their own zippered compartment, which purport to provide many hours of cooling. The outside gauge is battery operated with a probe that zips into the front side of the clam shell in its own separate zippered compartment. The included written instructions state that this is NOT supposed to be included in checked luggage, which makes sense for 1. medications should be in carry-on luggage, and 2. the battery (?). There is a wrist strap included to facilitate this, and I would think a carabiner could be added to attach to a backpack

This is a nicely made case and I just love the bright red !
These cases designed for insulin also work well with epipens, which must also be kept from extreme heat, but don’t need to be cooled.
We have a few family members who use these cases, so we quite a few like this one. Most of them are almost exactly alike. They’re priced from $10 all the way to $30. From my experience, having seen so many, I say get the least expensive one unless you’re going for a certain color.

This is an easy to use travel case. There are two cold (ice) packs with 130g of freezable liquid in the ice packs, that fit properly in the case. When the cold packs are frozen it keeps the travel case at an acceptable temperature for travel. The case is large enough for me to be able to transport my expensive peptides that must be kept cold. There is a helpful display that gives you real time feedback on what temperature the case is internally without having to open it. This keeps the case colder longer. The case is constructed well. The case is both insulated and uses materials that are waterproof. There is an inner pocket that can store your needles or other things you need to carry with you. I found having this travel, cooler case to be very helpful to take your needed medicine with you, in a made for cold case.
