These socks are well made and I’m glad to see and buy products manufactured in the U.S. I bought the very largest size because I have permanently very wide feet and ankles due to a diabetes-related problem. Even though the length of my feet is down to a size 9-9 1/2 due to toe amputations, I need a large sock. This largest size in both the white and black are working well for me. They launder very well, also. Regarding the white pairs, I believe that the instructions state not to use chlorine bleach. However; most of the time I wash them in hot water, Tide powder, and (Regular type) liquid Clorox. So far, so good. They come out beautifully from the clothes dryer.
The only detraction is the unfinished look of the toe seams. They add a little extra bulk that could be an issue if wearing under closed-toe shoes. I can guess than men planning to wear these under dress shoes could find that these socks are going to be a little too snug. For me, though, as a woman who is wearing these with sturdy sandals year-round (cannot wear closed-toe shoes any longer), the obvious toe seams look a little sloppy. However, I feel that I’m just glad to be wearing socks that work well for me (and have feet) and I’m not looking to be on the cutting edge of fashion. I’m retired, so I don’t have to dress for an office any longer.
I recommend these socks if you can deal with the toe seams being the way that they are.

My big and tall man loves these socks for their extra roomy legs. He is so much more comfortable without his ankles and legs being tightly bound I have continued buying them for the last three years and will continue. I would pay much more just for his comfort. My husband loves his new socks! They are easy to put on and take off, they are stretchy and wide enough and don’t leave dents on his legs. He really likes the quarter length, too!

They are wide enough but poor quality. There is a lot of black fuzz on my floor and I get holes in my sock. Overpriced.

I’m not diabetic, but I needed some large socks that would be easy to get on and off, since I recently injured both knees and can hardly bend them, so its really hard to get regular socks on right now. I’ll be having surgery and physical therapy so I’ll probably be able to get back to wearing normal socks at some point, but until then, these are fairly easy to slide into and out of. The outside seam is a plus. I think the price is reasonable. I would recommend.
