I take about 8-9 large-ish vitamins per day and about 6 other, smaller pills and this has WAY more than enough room. Everything fits in one compartment, so this actually holds two weeks’ worth of meds for me. I love that the lids sit up nicely so they’re easy to fill, and I especially love that the individual compartments can be removed so I can just take a couple of days’ worth if I go out of town. I got the one with the clear compartments because I like to be able to see at a glance which compartments are full. Another reviewer commented that the boxes just sit in the frame and fall off is jostled, but either they have a prior model or they don’t realize that each box snaps down into the frame. I can hold it upside down by the frame and shake it and nothing is going anywhere. I like to sort at least three weeks of meds in advance so I’ll probably get a second one.

Each days AM and PM are individually snapped into the main holder so taking them is easy. The cover snaps on and has a nice soft gasket that seals and keeps your pills fresh. The organizer is great quality and looks like it will hold up well over time.

I’ve been collecting pill boxes lately so I can fill up about a month’s worth at one time and not have to be opening and closing all kinds of jars every day. This organizer is similar to my favorite one, the main difference being that one has a week connected together and this one lets individual days be removed.
I get how some are served by being able to remove a day’s worth to take with them, but in my case it takes more effort to open and close them, since that sometimes pulls them off the base. That’s usually not a problem if you’re mindful of that the compartments can come loose, and it all works pretty well for how it is designed.
The compartments are large enough to hold my capsules, and the lids stay where I put them because they have hinges.
The flippers hold them securely shut, so even if compartments do fall off the base, they stay closed. They can be tricky to open on days when the arthritis is flaring up though. The gaskets help keep everything dry.
It’s a bit pricier than some pill boxes, but comparable for ones of similar design.

It is nice how each day is color coded and that the morning and night are separate containers. The containers are very large, so if you have a lot of pills they will hold them all. It is nice to be able to remove the containers and take them with you if you are going somewhere in the evening or overnight, you don’t have to take the whole thing or bag pills. Overall this is a nice pill case with removeable cases but the price is pretty high.

For anyone who has limited eyesight or is elderly, this pill box is absolutely perfect for those needing an AM and PM slot separately. The boxes are organized by day and separate AM/PM, so it is easy to use – you can clip it off easily and return it easily. It feels well constructed, the color-coding is a nice bright easy way to distinguish the days from each other. Lid is individual to each piece and snaps on easily, however, if the person is alone and has trouble opening small things (gross motor issues or arthritis, for example) they may need assistance.
