This is a very nice epi pen case. The front pocket says “MEDS INSIDE” and has a medical cross for extra visibility. I chose the red option because it makes the bag easy to find and identify whether it is in a diaper bag, suitcase, or hanging on the wall
The zipper is easy to pull. It has an additional toggle attached for ease of function even in an emergency or for someone with grip difficulties. The zipper moves smoothly and does not snag or hitch at all.
There is a long strap attached to a thick D ring on the side of the bag. The strap is sized well so that the bag can be used as a wristlet, or easily hooked around a handle bar (bike or stroller) with the included carabiner. Additionally, there are two hook and loop straps on the back side which would allow you to attach it to many other objects like a backpack strap or a tent pole. I will use the strap to hang mine on a hook by the door as I am most likely to need it while out gardening, but the bag is functional enough to work for most everyone.
There is a pocket on the front deep enough to hold writing instruments.
The back has a clear window and medical information card.
The bag opens wide like a book.
The inside is silvery fabric with two pockets to hold pens on one side and three shorter mesh pockets to hold other items.
There is ample room for two epi pens, the trainer pen, and a number of other items you might want to keep in the same location. It is padded/insulated and does have plenty of room for an ice pack.

Die klyrith EpiPen Medical Tasche ist ein kleiner Alltagsheld für unterwegs. Die Verarbeitung ist tadellos, die rote Signalfarbe sticht sofort ins Auge – perfekt, wenn man im Notfall schnell etwas finden muss. Der Aufdruck auf der Tasche sorgt zusätzlich für Klarheit: Hier sind wichtige Medikamente drin!
Wir verwenden die Tasche im Wohnmobil als Mini-Apotheke:

✔ Mittel gegen Durchfall
✔ Halstabletten
✔ … und was man sonst unterwegs nicht missen möchte.
Meine persönliche Erfahrung:
Ich weiß jetzt endlich, wo im Wohnmobil die kleinen Helferlein sind, wenn’s mal zwickt, drückt oder kratzt. Tanja hat’s liebevoll „die rote Rettungsrakete“ getauft – und Frieda (Mischlingshündin) weiß mittlerweile, dass darin nix für sie ist. 😄 Wer also ein kompaktes, auffälliges und funktionales Täschchen für Medikamente sucht – das ist ein Volltreffer!

I’m just a little disappointed only because I was hoping this would be smaller. It will easily hold 2 epi pens, an inhaler and Benadryl and still room for more if desired. II wanted it for my son who has a nut allergy and he didn’t think it was too large at all and is keeping it as a spare in his car.
The emergency information card on the back is nice and the Velcro tabs are good so you could carry it like a Fanny pack (for bed allergies) or Velcro it to a backpack for clear and visible use when needed.
Zipper works well. Great for travel.

Very nice case. Well-made. Durable materials. Zips open and closed easily. Great size for people who travel with a lot of meds.
This case is just the right size for carrying daily and supplementary meds, a couple of inhalers, and a few other small odds-and-ends for at least a couple of weeks (depending upon what you take). It’s big enough to stuff with more than you think you’ll need; and soft enough to squash down for conveniently carrying only a few things without taking up a lot of space.
This case is almost ideal for me. I’m able to load up all of my meds, as well as earplugs, some band-aids, a small flashlight, and a couple of other things I like to have readily available when I travel. Instead of putting this stuff in with my toiletries, and/or among my clothes like I have always done, I can just keep them all together in this case, and leave it by the side of the bed.
The only issue I have with this case is the way the inner pockets are set up. Most of them are too small, too tight, and/or too deep to be useful. I was only able to use a couple of them — most of my stuff just sat loose in the bag.

The Klyrith brand EpiPen Carry Case is a great addition to my emergency medication aresenal. I was drawn to the red version because traditionally emergency meds are kept in red containers to make them easier to find. Plus it actually says “Meds Inside” which I figured would be helpful when going through security at airports.
In the photo collage below, I packed my case with 2 prescription injection pens, as well as alcohol wipes, and some bandaids. As you can see there is plenty of room left over for other medical supplies as well, even a small sharps container.
I also really like the fact that it has a wrist strap and carabiner, making it possible to clip to a handbag, backpack or whatever. And to quickly unclip and carry on wrist for a quick trip to a restroom or other more private spot to self-administer meds as needed.
If the meds need refrigeration a very small ice pack could also be added to this lightly insulated carry bag. I am looking forward to including this in my next travel plans.
Another use that would work well is as a fill-your-own first aid kit for keeping in an automobile, school locker, gym bag, etc.

My niece has a fairly severe peanut allergy, so she’s always got to be careful to have an epi pen or two with her. We’ve been looking for something to keep those organized and stand out as obvious just in case someone else ever has to find it for her etc. This little pouch fit the bill and is a good size with well done stitching and a nice zipper.

Die Notfalltasche ist gut durchdacht und die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig.
Die Tasche besteht aus wasserabweisendem Polyester.
Auf der Vorderseite ist eine Fronttasche für schnellen Zugang für kleine Dinge.
Auf der Rückseite befindet sich ein ID-Fenster, das enthält eine Notfallinformationskarte für Daten oder medizinische Informationen.
Der Reissverschluss mit Zipper läuft leicht und sichert ein schnelles Öffnen. Im Innenteil befinden sich auf einer Seite 2 lange Taschen, zur sicheren Aufbewahrung von EpiPens oder anderen Pens. Darüber ist eine Netztasche angebracht, darin können gut Desinfektionstücher eingesteckt werden.
Auf der anderen Seite sind 2 Netztaschen angebracht, für Tabletten, Inhalatoren, Pflaster, Spritzen und andere Medikamente.
Die Notfalltasche ist gut abgepolstert und Pens und Spritzen können sicher darin aufbewahrt werden.
Seitlich ist eine Handschlaufe mit Karabinerhaken angebracht.
An der Rückseite befinden sich 2 Bänder mit Klettverschluss, diese können an breiteren Tragegurten befestigt werden.
Sowohl Karabinerhaken und Klettverschluss ermöglichen eine Mitnahme, außen sichtbar, an Taschen, Rucksäcken, Koffern, usw.
Die Notfalltasche ist praktisch für unterwegs und auf Reisen.
Sie enthält ein medizinisches Logo, dadurch kann sie bei Notfällen schnell identifiziert werden.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden, eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
