These have the common “push down and turn to release” lids. There’s no additional ‘unscrew’ action- the lid will disengage if you turn it slightly while applying pressure. They don’t take as much effort as some I have used. Easier for people with limited hand strength. Or you can put the bottle on a table top, put your palm on the lid, put some weight on the lid and turn- that will work, too. A reasonable design for folks who can’t arm-wrestle a pill safety-container.

Not really childproof, maybe toddler proof because the drams are short and stout and therefore more difficult for a toddler to grasp and open the lid with downward force. My 6 and 8 year old can open these. Fortunately they are also old enough where I can have a conversation about the dangers of certain medications. Still I would prefer to have actual child proof lids if I were to use these for anything dangerous.
At $20, I think these aren’t as competitively priced for quality and when compared to similar items.

These work perfectly. They feel and appear made of the same material as regular bottles and function the exact same too. The child proof lid works great and definitely would keep a child out if needed. These are good for keeping your meds organized, or really anything you want kept safe. I keep matches in these too. All around useful things to have!

These pill bottles feel like a good quality. The caps are child proof, yet not difficult to open. They are a good size as well. A good value for the number of bottles.

Needed some replacement amber plastic bottles, the kind you get with filled prescrip bottles. Grabbed these 20 dram size, which is accurate. Set came with 12 bottles, all with a child resistant cap. The kind to push down and turn. I found the lids to close securely, but require half the effort as other childproof caps.
Both my early elementary aged kids can open with some effort and time (20-30 seconds).
Priced $20 at time of order and review, for set of 12. I believe the smaller 13 dram is what is more commonly used by the pharmacy.

I have many a use for these, some for my gemstones and minerals, some for arts, and crafts, and to fill from huge bottles that take up too much space. These are dandy!
There is nothing to say but they are very quality products, have superb strength, and are easy for me to open and close, which is important because I have RICKETY hands! Meaning easy to open and close for me, which is great!
I can say nothing negative here at all. If you need pill bottles like this for any reason, here you go!

It does seem excessive to have a bunch of empty plastic pill bottles laying around, but if you have never had to take a prescription medication that comes in a glass vial, you have never experienced the pain of breaking that expensive vial and having to pay out of pocket to replace it.
I asked my pharmacists once about avoiding this annoying breakage and he just shrugged and said “empty plastic medication bottles”, like the tip was so well known it should come printed on the side of all glass vials. It does not.
Now I just take a few cotton balls, stuff them in one bottle and put the glass vial of medication in the plastic bottle and like an egg in a drop competition, it is secure from any breakage.
These specific bottles are easy to open and I like that the top gives specific directions – push down THEN turn. If you have kids in your life these might not be the most secure bottles in the world, but for me with my arthritis, they work really well.

I take 4 different supplements/medications. They each came in a very large container which was too large to take with me all the time. So I got these vials and portioned off some of each so that I have a set at home, and one set at work. I was also able to print what each one of them was using address labels and stuck them on to the side of these containers. My only maybe concern is that if I wanted to wash these, the inner disk under the cap is very loose and will retain water under it, making the lids a little hard to clean. I can use canned air to blow the water out.
