The test and the instructions were well written and it was very easy to follow along. They even made a video demonstrating how to use it. According to the test, I am O negative however, I would feel more comfortable to go get tested by a lab to ensure this product is actually accurate. For the value, the test is absolutely worth it.

My daughter was curious about her blood type so I ordered this for her. I did the testing for her, the package came with everything needed and clear directions (just one exception for the protective cover on the lancet; the illustration indicates you pull the protective plastic part straight off, but you actually need to twist it so it should have a little spiral arrow instead of a straight arrow in the illustration for that-because you don’t want to accidentally engage the lancet (one time use only) when trying to pull that off in the way I perceived the picture in the directions by trying to pull it straight out). Kind of felt a little dense as I tugged on it and it would not come off, but I was following the literal directions showing a straight arrow meaning to pull straight out, lol. There is a second lancet in case the first did not draw enough blood or you somehow engage the first one before performing your test. Easy to use and now my teen knows her blood type and how to test for that.

So I bought this after a funny discussion with my sisters and mother, all not having a clue what our blood types were. And the cost was cheap so I said why not. So once it came I was so excited to do it. Unfortunately it didn’t work 😔 I was so sad. It also looked like it got messed up in transit somehow because it was packed poorly by Amazon. I did reach out to Amazon just saying what happened and they said they’d try contacting the seller… then the actual company who sells the product contacted me and said they will be reaching out to their USA team and have them ship me a new test directly at no cost. I was beyond pleased and the second test was perfect! So for such a cheap cost and easy results in minutes, not to mention a customer service team that went out of their way, I’d give them 5 stars for that. Even though there was an initial mishap, they made up for it and I was very grateful. Thank you sellers! PS – take your time to read the instructions well before you start. A single mess up can ruin the whole test. It happened to my sisters. She was to anxious and rushed. Dont be her! Lol
