I use this product every day pretty much! I go on daily walks at lunch and also sit by a south facing window when I work from home and day after day, the sun coming through that window definitely effects that side of my face over the years. Enter: This stuff!
When I first pumped a bit out I was concerned because it felt thinner than what I usually like (I have very dry skin) and it felt very sunscreen-y. But it soaked in well, left no white cast, and layered seamlessly over my vitamin C serum, and eye cream. Sits well under makeup too. And it was adequately moisturizing for my dry skin. When the winter really gets into full swing, I will probably need to add some kind of oil to the routine. But that’s not the fault of this moisturizer. It’s the same for pretty much every daytime cream I’ve used.
That being said, if you’re looking for a daytime moisturizer with spf that soaks in well, layers with other products, isn’t greasy and doesn’t leave a white cast, this product fits that bill.

I recently discovered Eight Saints through their discovery kit and I am thrilled with their products in general. I am prone to dermatitis, eczema, and psoriasis, and recently used a travel conditioner that triggered a flare up… so I’ve been very careful about everything touching my skin recently. As someone with hyper-sensitive skin, I’m generally wary of trying new brands and products, but Eight Saints delivered. I sampled and then stuck with their Coast Is Clear seaweed toner, Seeking C serum, Up The Anti cream, and All In eye cream, and my face feels amazing!
Given my success with the other products, when I needed to get more SPF for the summer I opted to try this multipurpose sunscreen. Though the other face lotions I sampled (daydreamer and cloud whip) are lovely, my face doesn’t require much moisture during the day, so I don’t want to double up with both a moisturizer and a sunscreen. So far, this product has been solid-to-great. It’s got a light lavender scent, which isn’t my favorite (I adore the scent of Up the Anti,) but it’s subtle enough to not be an issue. The sunscreen is lightweight, non-greasy, and leaves no white cast, so it seems to be just what I was searching for re: adding light hydration and sun protection without excess products. 1 pump is enough for the full face. The aloe in it has been great for my light peeling from sun exposure before this arrived. The only real negative I’ve found is that I definitely must do a full cleaning routine at the end of the day, as expected for any effective zinc sunscreen, so it’s not quite as foolproof I wish. Highly recommend Eight Saints! 🌞✨
Side note – It’s been too hot for me to really test out the SPF quality, but it did seem to work well from the time I’ve been outside. I would still plan to use a dedicated sunscreen if I’m deliberately spending time in the sun though, as this item doesn’t recommend use when in water or sweating.

I’ve been on the hunt for a daily moisturizer with sunscreen that doesn’t feel heavy or leave a white cast, and the Eight Saints Moisturizing Sunscreen hit all the right notes. I have sensitive skin and was concerned about irritation, as most face moisturizing sunscreens I’ve used in the past have broken me out, but this sunscreen is super gentle and hasn’t caused any breakouts. Plus, I love that it’s packed with natural ingredients that feel nourishing and hydrating.
Another huge plus is that it smells really good but it’s not overpowering. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality moisturizer and sunscreen in one!

I have used this brand since 2018 with the most amazing results, but I was not prepared for how much I was going to LOVE this sun screen! As I get older, I am starting to see more sun spots on my face, and I’m regretting how little I used sunscreen in the past. Thankfully this product is actually helping to reverse some of the damage AND protecting my skin from future sun spots! Actually, the very first day that I wore this product, I went for a walk with a friend of mine and she commented immediately how much my skin was glowing! This product is so important for me and I am so grateful with how effective it has been so far. I cannot recommend this product – and this brand – enough. It has genuinely saved my skin! It would also be the best stocking stuffer!!!

Chase the Sun is the perfect moisturizer with SPF to add to my daily routine. After applying, my face feels silky smooth and it works just like a primer under my makeup, which is an added and unexpected benefit. I have combination skin but most of the time leans more on the oily side, and Chase the Sun does not leave my skin feeling greasy or heavy. It also has not caused any breakouts or irritation since first using. Eight Saints products have always given me great benefits without any negative and unwanted issues. I love that the ingredients are always the best and most beneficial for your skin, and Chase the Sun is nothing less and should be a product in everyone home!! I will also be using this on the lake in the summer to protect my tattoos (another added and much needed benefit 😊🙌🏼)!!

I’ve already been using Eight Saints All in Eye Cream and Nightshift Gel and love both, so I thought I’d give Chase the Sun a try. So glad I did! It works perfectly with my skincare routine and I have no problem with my color correcting tinted moisturizer peeling or smudging or whitecasting when I go over my face with the tint. It goes on smooth and feels so clean. I not only get the SPF 30 protection, but I’m loving the added squalane, hauloranic acid and vitamin E which deeply moisturizes my skin. Skin loving ingredients and you can’t beat the price! I highly recommend Chase the Sun!!
