    I used to love this facial cleanser. I have red patches on my face that no dermatologist knows how to resolve and was incredibly grateful of this cleanser when I discovered it years ago. However, Avene changed the formula significantly and it is nothing like the super cleanser it used to be. Do not purchase this new version if you have sensitive skin!!!

    Okay I’ll update this later because I’ve only used this cleanser twice now….. but since using it last night my acne has reduced drastically! I can’t even explain the difference! I’m not on any sort of treatment for my acne currently…. but I’ve had acne since I was probably 10…. I’ve eliminated foods from my diet. I eat so clean and drink so much water. I do everything they tell you to do. I’ve been on so many different prescriptions and washes over the years.. I’ve even tried accutane….. I have allergies to dairy, gluten, yeast, tapioca, and algae and my skin will puff up or break out from any of them but Avene is safe and my skin is loving it! I have never seen results like this on my own skin. I’m in shock. Truly. I woke up and cried because my skin is so clear after using it twice! I’ll update this in a few weeks and let you know results. But I am blown away!

    I have now been using this product every day for several years. I have never found a cleanser that treats my skin so well. I have dry, sensitive skin, and every other cleanser I’ve tried has left my skin irritated and as if all the moisture was sucked out of it. This cleanser leaves my skin clean without stripping it of moisture. I’ve noticed a drastic reduction in breakouts since using this followed by Nivea Creme moisturizer in the morning and at nighttime. You only need to use a very small amount of this product, and the smell is lovely. I will continue buying it for as long as I can!

    out of nowhere at 38 and 3/4 I started getting acne. I tried all kinds of ideas replaced all stuff I was using and had been using for years. I couldn’t think of anything else and then I thought let me try changing my face wash. One wash and I am hooked!!! it’s gentle moisturizing and smells clean and not overwhelming. your face feels cleaned with a quality face wash. The only problem I had is that when I take off my make up off at night I have to use make up wipes it’s just not strong enough to get it off. other than that TIP***don’t use to much and when applying use a lil water until it suds and then wash if you use to much water it won’t lather correctly.
