Unfortunately, I wasn’t particularly impressed by the taste of this supplement. As far as effectiveness goes, I did notice a slight improvement in my digestion after taking Mama’s Tummy Relief regularly for a week or so. However, I wouldn’t say it provided dramatic relief or worked significantly better than simply sipping on peppermint tea.

Slightly spicy because of the ginger, but it really wasn’t too bad and he spice fades rather fast. And it actually has a nicer flavor than I anticipated. I have used it a couple of times, but have yet to use it for nausea, so can’t tell how well it works for that, but with the ginger and the good ingredients, I’m sure it will help. I really appreciate Earthley and their mission to help, heal, and create products with great ingredients.

The ingredients look awesome. I like natural and plant derived tinctures. However, there bottle had no safety/tamper proof seal. That is very concerning. It could have been tampered with and you then do not know how safe the ingredients are or what is really in it. I am so disappointed by this major issue.
For me, it has been effective for what is intended. I like ginger, so I like the taste of this, too, pleasant little *bite* that kicks in pretty quickly.

I just had a baby so I wasn’t expecting to need this quite so soon, but I’ve been having some digestive issues postpartum and this tincture really helps provide relief. I have peace of mind knowing it’s safe for breastfeeding too.
The tincture tastes sweet from the glycerin base and fennel dominates the flavor, but there is a bit of a burn from the ginger. It’s easy to take, but difficult for me to measure dosage (I find I can never get the full vertical dropper amount from supplements that use droppers).
Like other reviewers, my bottle was not sealed, but Earthley does not seal their bottles. The seller, Mixt Solutions LLC, has an exclusive agreement with Earthley to handle their Amazon listings, so I trust that this is a legitimate seller and the bottle has not been tampered with.

Product arrived without safety seal. Not usuable since who knows what could have been added or subjected to it prior to receiving. Its also not returnable so its a complete waste of money. Will not buy again.
