These are the only things that work for me. I have tried miralax, but I bloat a ton. I have tried Metamucil, but it stops me up worse. I have tried adding fiber and drinking more water (for years), didn’t work for me. I even tried off brand of this in chewable tablets, didn’t work. Just make sure you drink water with it. I do it at night and drink water. This and the kids are the same ingredients, but this one tastes better.

I like the way these work, however I have a very hard time getting the foil off of them to take them. That foil is very hard to get off. Other than that they work great for me.

The expiration date says 10/2025, however, the quality of the product appears old and the wrappers are almost to get off. The appearance of the product indicate they do not match the shelf life date. It looks like old Halloween candy one might discover under the couch from 2 years ago. The taste is stale also. Gave them a try, will stick with the tablets.

I’ve been taking 1 every day. Works pretty well for regularity without stomach aches.
The 1st 2 days I was impatient. This med is not for immediate results unless you’re fine with feeling pretty sick for a day.

On the 2nd day I took a few chews over 2 or 3 hours the 2nd morning finally did it.
The first day I tried one in morning 1 in evening. Nothing. Happened.
However, the next day I had the idea to try a bigger dose to see if anything could happen. I’m still feeling it a whole day later. My stomach is angry, grumbling, and turning over. This isn’t great for me at all. This med either doesn’t work or works too much.
Tastes and chews like candy; very fun to eat. But I’ll not be taking these again.

These were crucial for me post-surgery when I was on pain killers. They definitely do the job. The taste is fine. That said, I don’t understand why they are colored, shaped and wrapped just like bubblegum. Not a complaint, but just felt weird actually chewing up and swallowing what seemed like should’ve been gum!

I just had surgery and needed something to work it took 12 hours but it works, now the taste is not pleasant but luckily no after taste. And the wrappers do stick which is a pain.
