A little disappointed, but that may be my fault misreading the ad. I came across this product in a general search for support and cushioning help for old feet still doing 8-hour shifts on a concrete floor; so it’s possible I had higher hopes for this product than were accurate or reasonable. First test run was really disappointing, even though the softness was really nice, the socks didn’t seem to contribute any more cushioning than an inexpensive sport sock. The socks did not offer any significant support under the arch, and, even more disappointing, had a tendency to suck down into my shoes, requiring fairly frequent tugs and adjustments. A second test, a few days later, confirmed the areas of disappointment, however, I do think this could be a really nice oversock for those times you need two pair.

I am glad I got these… I bought 2 more pair this week after wearing the first ones. They actually fit me…ladies shoe size 7 and a half. I bought the size large. If your feet are larger than that, I think you should buy the larger size. I think XL would work for many women whose shoes are size 8 and larger. They aren’t constrictive, don’t itch, and have a thick bottom. Haven’t washed them yet. So can’t comment regarding that. Happy with this purchase 😊👍

I bought these as replacement for my over the calf X-Temp socks I have been wearing for about 5 years. They are really comfortable and don’t compress my ankles and feet too much. Really soft.
However, two months in to their life and they no longer stay up where I put them. I read the instructions for care and where it says cold wash and cold dry I translated that to cold wash and line dry. But, after two months of taking care of them and not drying them so as to not strict them out, they are stretching out. I wear them with my work boots so the tops tend to fall down around the tops of my boots.
I guess I will look for some other brand to replace my 5 year old socks with (and they stay above my calf to this day).

My husband is a Type II DM and complains of neuropathy in his feet. He also complains that regular socks have a seam that rub badly on his sore toes. We’ve tried some expensive well-known brand name socks without luck. I ran across these socks on Amazon and we tried them. He liked them so much (no seam-rubbing on his tender toes!) we ordered several pairs in other colors. The only think that concerns me from marking them as ‘perfect’ is after several washings, they have some ‘pilling’ on them… but that doesn’t prohibit him from wearing them. Good product!!
