I really can’t tell the different between this and water. I spray it on. The texture seems like water and there is no smell. It is runny like water. I’d try using a water spray bottle before buying this again.

I’ve had problems with eczema and dermatitis my entire life..it’s usually worse for me in the winter months and since I work with my hands a lot the skin continuously peels and flakes off. At times I feel like I’m shedding my skin like a snake.
I’ve tried many different lotions and creams over the years and some seen to subside it and others just don’t work at all. I can’t use anything with a fragrance in it as it makes my skin imitated.
When I got this I immediately opened it and applied it on my hands and elbows and knees…which get very bad for me. I have to say there’s no runoff it’s not greasy and there’s no particular oder to it which is good.
It’s got my eczema actually under control to where it’s not getting worse and actually giving a chance for my skin to repair and regenerate. I don’t usually believe in many of these things working and being effective. The ones I’ve used in the past at best had mixed results. Mostly the reason why I stopped using a lot of them.
I like this though ans it’s something I’m going to continue to use when it gets out of control. This to me is a good product and two cans of it will last me for many months to come.

I’ve been using this for almost 10 days now. I’d say it’s not really making a big impact. When I spray on the infected area, in a couple of seconds the area gets itchier. After a while it gets calmer and soothe the area for a while. But in the long run, it’s not improving much, to put it fairly. The spray is very watery. It drips down a lot. Quite wasteful too.

I’ve dealt with eczema for about a decade now on my elbows and forearms. Just recently it’s become an issue with my face. I spray this in my hands and spread it where I need to. I have eczema on the top of my head to, and have been able to massage this in there as well. Not specifically made for that, but it absolutely works for spot relief between washes with medicated shampoo. This really works to moisturize without being greasy. Releaves a lot of itch due to dry skin, and helps prevent excessive flaking.
I try to take oral supplements to help with my skin issues, but they’re not 100 percent so a topical is a must. I keep it on the kitchen table for times I am experiencing excessive itching. Works well.

everyone’s case is different, so maybe this is just for me, but after using this spray daily after shower on my itchy skins for about a week, i have not noticed any significant “healing” per se.
it does a good job keeping the skin moist, given it’s a water based spray, and aloe is a good substance to sustain water. from this regard, it was able to replace my daily lotion routine, but not what I was hoping for out of this product.
as a sample of one, this product did not work for me as I hoped it would. but otherwise, it does a decent job as a skin moisturizer.

Easy to use with a twist-to-open securable cap that locks in position for storage or use. The liquid is under pressure and disperses in a light moderately wide spray when the cap is pressed.
The spray works well, quickly, and dries without any residue, stickiness, or greasiness. There was no detectable scent.
Simple formula composed of purified water, aloe, and superoxidized water that cleans and hydrates eczema patches on skin. Safe to use on anyone and just about anywhere on the body, but not in eyes, mouth or nose. It’s safe to spray near them, but not in them.
The containers are made of recyclable aluminum, so they are lightweight.

This was so disappointing and definitely not worth the money it was watery. It did not moisturize. It did not ease the eczema again, disappointing.

I work with my hands creating with leather. I have eczema on the palm of my right hand which makes doing my job painful. I was hoping for a miracle cure with this – PUREFY Dermal Eczema Airesol Spray (3.4oz, 2pk) Natural Healing. Purefypro Cleansing Technology.
After one week of using of this product, it did not heal my eczema nor did it prevent a recent flare-up, however, when I do use it, I do experience relief which is always very welcomed. Getting some relief from eczema also makes me feel hopeful that maybe I will one day be rid of it once and for all. So for that reason, I will continue to use this spray.
A couple of things to note, I have deep fissures on the palm of my hand. I do feel a little stinging with the spray from this product but nothing intolerable. Whatever little scent I am able to detect, it is extremely faint and is nothing offensive.
