Excellent product. Holds two bottles of insulin and up to three syringes. Easy to carry and ease to use. They do wear out. I am on my third one. But I carry it everywhere with me and it does get abuse.

I like this case. I’ve had mine for almost a year now. A few months ago the inner part pulled away from the outer case, but it was easy to glue it back in place, and I expect it to last a while longer. When the hinges give out I’ll get another one.

I find it very difficult to find carrying cases for diabetic supplies. Consequently, I have bought many, most of which are not very effective. Like others, this product has its pro’s and con’s, although it’s one of the better ones for what it is.
Pro’s: First, this case looks EXACTLY like an eyeglass case. This is a great feature if you are looking for something discrete. Nobody will ever suspect that there’s diabetic supplies inside. Also, the hard cover means that your supplies are well protected. This is a feature that I have not found with any other carrying case.
Con’s: The case is small. It is as pictured. You can only carry two syringes at a time, which I find to be a major limitation. It also only carries two insulin vials, which is an obvious problem if you use more (at one point, I was on three different insulins). And the cover, which carries the alcohol pads, does not have a pouch. It is literally a single string that runs the length of the cover. So it’s not a great holder and does not carry that many pads.

This is a great product if you only need two injections a day. The picture describes exactly what you can put inside. When closed, it looks like an eye glass case and can clearly protect your insulin vials from breaking. I put a label on the outside so I wouldn’t confuse it with my eye glass case. My husband sometimes forgets whether or not he has received his shot so I fill it the night before with all the supplies he needs for the next day. When opened, he can clearly see how many injections are remaining.

This is just what I needed for when I go out to dinner and need to use insulin before I eat. Fits in my purse and convenient. Wish it came in colors or prints.

This is a very good case for insulin and syringes, lasts about a year of being banged around in my husband’s backpack every day. Eventually the hinge gives out and it needs to be replaced. However, two of the ones we’ve bought arrived with the lining detached from the case and required a bit of crazy glue to reattach them. Once that was done they lasted just as well as the others.

Perfect traveling case for your injectable medications. It will hold a 10ml vial, needle, alcohol wipes and syringe. I use it regularly and it offers great protection with it’s hard case exterior.

Smaller than expected, Doesn’t leave much room for the syringe, or a couple. Alchol swab holder is cool. I found that it’s not good for small insulin vials, so I cut the middle and now I can fit 3 vials. Other than that, the coating is leather, I found that it incases an aluminum case, which is a good thing if you want vials to stay cool, or cold when left in the refrigerator.
