I ordered the Under Eye Cream with 5% Caffeine, 1.0 fl. oz, 2 pack by ZMbeauty. The products came in two boxes, each box shrink wrapped. Ive never used a treatment with this sort of delivery system and, in my opinion, the instructions for use are lacking.
For the first use you will need to prime the product, simply rolling the applicator over your face will not deliver any product. It is kind of obvious with just a little pressure that the whole tip can move inwards. To actually get the product flowing out you need to really push that tip in, I would suggest doing it with your finger as it does take a good bit of pressure and it would really hurt your undereye area to try to prime it on there. The first time you get the product to discharge, you will get a lot of product, it you use all of it, it will likely stay greasy feeling. After that first primering though, a reasonable amount of product came out when i pushed the tip in. One pump onto my finger was enough product for both eyes.
Once I actually had the right amount of product out and applied, the product absorbed in nicely but did take longer than my usual serum. Hours later I can still feel the extra moisturization in my eye area. I feel like this will be good for my winter routine or at night. Seems a bit heavy for summer during the day.
I am not convinced the delivery system is the best. It just doesnt flow out of the rollerball. You have to pump some out and then use the rollerball after, which is smaller than a stand alone roller and you can potentially contaminate the product by using the rollerball. I’d think a vacuum pump with the recommendation to use an eye roller after would have made more sense and likely knocked some off the price (plus be a little more environmentally friendly).

I’m 39, so dealing with aging, wrinkles, and bags under my eyes is a real concern! I’ve been using this eye cream for about 6 weeks now, and I really like it. I apply it four times a week, and the rollerball applicator makes it super easy and feels nice with that cool silver ball. Plus, the price is awesome! I’ll definitely be buying it again!

It’s time for me to start taking care of my skin (hello 30s) and I had read a lot about using caffeine to brighten under eye circles and retinol is always good for skincare. I love the design of the cream dispenser you pump a little and then roll it on with the metallic ball for a cooling effect. Instructions say you can wipe it off but I like the smooth texture and leave it on overnight for extra hydration. In the morning, I do pat some of it off so it doesn’t pill up with my other creams.
