This Fleur De Lis Naturals Chamomile Buttercream Daily Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin is a medium thick, white face cream with only a subtle scent that I assume is from essential oils. This cream has a pump dispenser that works well and keeps the product sanitary. This cream does feel gentle and is well tolerated by my sensitive skin on my face and neck.
My skin is also dry, and this cream has some good dry skin ingredients but doesn’t feel rich enough to me. I don’t feel like my face and neck get enough hydration, and my skin also doesn’t absorb this cream fully. While it doesn’t leave any greasy feel, this cream leaves a strange waxy residue on my skin surface that I’m not crazy about. This doesn’t quite work for me as a face cream.
But this does work well as a hand cream for me, and I like that it has licorice root extract given the potential to lighten dark spots (an issue on my hands). I’ll need to use the whole container before I can judge that possible benefit as the spots on my hands are stubborn. I consider the current $16.95 price reasonable to use this as a hand cream. I rate it 3.5 stars for my mixed results (rounding up due to the emphasis on natural ingredients). Made in the USA.

Chamomile Buttercream – Best Anti-Wrinkle Cream & Anti-Aging Face Cream
This reminds me so much of the old formula of Aveeno Ultra-Calming Cream except this one is a bit better. This one is better since it puts the active ingredients are higher in the content listings. It feels wonderful and soothing on my super dry skin. There is a slightly medicinal scent of rosemary but that fades quickly. The packaging is plain and I really like the vacuum dispenser since you get all of the product in the bottle. Aveeno goes through periods where you can’t buy the Ultra Calming cream and I think this works much better so I don’t need to bother trying to track that down. I really LOVE this cream.
