All I can say is this stuff WORKED for me!!! Immediate symptom relief on first application, and by the second day application, nearly completely shrunk and disappeared. Only issue was it did sting (sort of a menthol type sting) when first applied, but quickly stopped and seemed to soothe and immediately start the healing process. I am very pleased with this product because it most certainly worked for me better than any other treatment cream/ointment I’ve ever used, period.

This product does not reduce the pain, at least not for me. Within a minute of applying it I was in absolute torture. It felt like someone had lit my ass on fire. I thought maybe if I waited it would calm down and work. No, it just got worse. Threw it out in the garbage. Absolute waste of money. If you have itching that is driving you crazy, get a prescription from your doctor for triamcinolone acetonide cream USP, .01% Out of 6 different products I’ve tried, triamcinolone acetonide worked the best. Absolutely stops the itch and the pain.

For hemorrhoids and fissures which has resulted due to frequent constipation. This cream is very effective when applied after passing motion after a sitz bath.
Along with it start changing the lifestyle by drinking more water, eating more vegetables and fibrous foods and walking. Use donut pillow while driving and sit on hard surfaces to reduce the pain.

I like that this doesn’t have any strong gross odor, it leaves me feeling clean and refreshed after use. The cream goes on smooth, with no sticky ointment feel. It comes with an applicator tip, which works well if you need it, and if you don’t you can use your finger and it doesn’t burn or tingle the skin. I have noticed some improvements, but it doesn’t work as quick as it should.

After a lot of re-search I had order this cream and I am very happy to see the result. Within 48 hours, swollen and inflammation gone,. Slowly slowly it is taking care of itchiness as well. It is non greasy and non sticky and leaves no stains on panties. For me its a “Magical Cream” :). I hoping to use it for few more days and then I will be completely cared. I guess, I need to change my diet as well. More fibers related fruits and vegetables for smooth bowl movements.

It burned, no direction on carton, at least not in english I m confused as to what to do. It burns when I use it for about 1 to 2 hours and then the pain that i have had all along leaves me and I feel fine. Has this happened to anyone else. I keep changing my mind about returning it Hate the burning which lasts for 3 hours but love when the pain leaves. Can’t you make this product without the menthol for people like me with sensitive skin. Then I would give you another try.
