I’ve used Crazy Rumors lip balm before (the citrus bergamot smells divine) but this one does not smell citrus at all. All the fires signs have this scent and I had big hopes for this especially as gifts but I don’t like it one bit.

This lip balm is not spicy! It tastes like those red hot candies – a cinnamon flavor, but without the heat. This is good if you don’t want the heat, but I thought it would have been interesting to have a little tingle/warmth. The berry does come through as a sweetness, but I did not really detect any citrus.
The balm itself is good. It applies smoothly, and lasts a decent amount of time (but not through eating/drinking). It feels protective and hydrating on my lips.

This zodiac-inspired lip balm is a blend of orange, berry, and spice. It tastes all spicy but it is very nice; almost like a chai tea. The current price of $8.95 is a bit pricey, however.

I am not an Aries, but this was the only sign left available when I saw it. This balm comes in super cool packaging, telling you all about the astrological sign. It’s bright, colorful and eye catching.
The balm itself is a good one, it goes on smoothly and it’s not waxy at all. The scent/flavor is quite unique, I’ve never tasted another one quite like it! (The balm is also vegan, just so you know.) If there is a spice ingredient in there, I don’t really taste it. For me, this tastes like a faintly citrus berry. I know that sounds off, but it really is delightful..
This is a bit on the expensive side for a lip balm, but it would make for a great gift or stocking stuffer, especially for someone into astrological signs!

The Crazy Rumors Aries – Fire Blend lip balm is an excellent balm that moisturizes lips without making them feel caked on, coated, or greasy. I like how the balm seems to first absorb into my lips, making them feel very soft and moisturized, then settles in a very thin coat thus protecting my lips. The balm has a unique flavor/scent that reminds me of chai or the way craft stores smell during Christmas. It’s a warming scent that is citrusy, cinnamony, and delightful. As for the flavor, it’s fairly mild despite the strong citrus spice scent. I didn’t think it was spicy or overly flavored and it didn’t seem to mess with the flavors of my foods or drinks when I ate. Like most balms, it does require relatively frequent applications, but it doesn’t seem to require as many applications as cheaper brands. Overall, it’s a good quality balm that does a good of moisturizing my lips and is something I would purchase again.
