Socks are thinner than I like, but are still soft, stretchy, and comfortable.
My feet swell a lot in regular socks, so these socks don’t bind or leave lines in my legs.
The fit is perfect and the quality is exemplary.
Pay close attention to laundering directions: cold water, no dryer, no ironing, no bleach.
I received 6 pairs of different colored socks. Good value for the money spent!

When I first opened the package, I was not impressed with these socks. They felt stiff and not soft. I threw them in the wash and dried them and they came out much better! They softened right up. They are not thick socks, which I really like. They also are not restricting anywhere on my foot or ankle. They feel quite nice on my feet! I am very happy with them so far. They fit very well and the seam above the toe is soft, and I don’t feel it rub on my toes at all as I am very sensitive to that. Overall, a nice fitting sock that is easy to put on and is comfortable.

If they hadn’t billed these as ‘diabetic’ socks, I’d give them a better rating. But as a diabetic, I’ve gotten a lot of expensive diabetic socks and these don’t really fit that bill for me.

These are just thin, mostly cotton socks. They’re not as soft as really good diabetic socks are. They also don’t have any thickness or support or warmth or extra anything to them. The only thing that might make them ‘diabetic’ socks is the non-binding ankle.

Basically, if you want six pairs of cotton socks that are fairly soft, but thin, then these are a really good price and decent socks. But if you’re looking for ‘diabetic’ socks, then get something more expensive that will truly take care of your feet.

I am a Vine reviewer who actually opens the box, really tests, really evaluates, and writes really honest unbiased reviews of products. Really.

I always go back and read the advertiser description and other reviews. No other reviews at the time of this writing.
As soon as I received these socks, they went on! (my right foot, which is the problem leg) I have to admit, they are the best I have found so far.
As an official VOP (Very Old Person), I can’t really wear tight socks anymore. I have worn crew socks that go halfway up the calf most of my life, but now anything I wear is like tightening a tourniquet and leaves a deep indentation in my leg cutting off blood flow usually causing considerable pain. Other ankle socks I have tried just fall completely down into my shoes and didn’t work. These socks stay up rather well (so far) and are working great. Plus, they exert no pressure on the leg at all, so no deep band around my leg. Great so far.
The only slight nitpick I have is that these socks are REALLY thin. Not a problem so far, and with warm weather coming on might be preferable. I would like to have some slightly thicker socks for the winter, but for now, I’m really happy with these and recommend them to anyone who can’t have any pressure on their lower leg.

I’m so glad that I found these socks. I always have such a hard time buying new socks because even though my ankles and calves aren’t large at all, it seems like most socks have elastic ankle cuffs that are WAY too tight for me.

The only slight downside I would say about these is just that I kind of wish the ankle cuffs were a bit longer. But that’s not the fault of the socks or seller; it’s just something I’ll have to keep an eye out for next time I get these kinds of socks (now that I know they exist).

I usually go barefoot all spring and summer, but during the colder months of fall and once winter hits, I finally have to put on socks and shoes/boots. When I do this, though, I’m usually wearing longjohns under my pants, so I tuck the ankle cuffs of the longjohns into the ankle cuffs of the socks, that way they don’t ride up when I pull on my pants.

I’m still able to do that with these socks, but if the ankle fabric was just a few inches longer, it’d be easier.
But that’s really the only reason I’d care about the ankle cuff length.

These were a bit thinner than I was expecting, but that’s been the issue with each pair of socks that I’ve ordered online so far. Some things are just easier to buy in person, I guess.

But they’re not TOO thin, just thinner than I’d expected. They’re still super comfortable, and I really hope that they hold up for a while without ripping.

If you’re someone who has a hard time finding decent socks because they’re all too tight and constricting, I would absolutely recommend these ones. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for similar ones to stock up for next winter.

  6. Customer Review

These are some super soft socks. They are thin and soft and very comfortable to wear. The ankles are very loose so as not to be binding but the overall fit is not loose or baggy feeling. The material is also breathable making them comfortable to wear all year long. The color assortment is also a nice change from all black.

These Cotton Diabetic Ankle Socks are very comfortable, and they fit great. The material is thin (but not see-through), lightweight, soft, stretchy, and breathable. I’m not diabetic, but I do experience swelling, and pain, in my feet, ankles, and legs, so most socks tend to cut off my circulation – these socks are perfect for me. They stretch enough to accommodate the swelling, and they don’t cause me any pain. They’re easy to put on, as well as take off, and they stay in place once they’re on (they don’t slide down my feet into my shoe). Overall, I think they’re well made, well designed, and high quality – worth the price. I’d recommend!
