For other herpes symptoms (genital, shingles, etc), you will need the doctor to prescribe something else (e.g., acyclovir).
There are six bottles in the pack, the individual bottles are a perfect size and hygienic, the pump works well dispensing the right amount of cream.
This product is manufactured in India. It arrived with one year of shelf life, so you will likely not use the whole package before it expires.

Thankfully I haven’t had to use this medicine. You get a several tubes of this medicine though which is a great deal. I like that it comes in the little pump bottle making it easy to get a small amount out. This medicine has the same active ingredients as leading cold sore medicines.

This cold sore kit is great – I love the amount of medicine provided! the cost is way better than some of the name brands and it has all of the same meds as part of it! These are great to have on hand, in a purse, and in the closet for those moments when you feel a blister coming on! It works well!

These little bottle of cold sore medication makes it so convenient to have the medication where you need it. Bedside, bathroom, in the car. Easy for travel. The medication dispenses easily so it is not messy. The cream has a cooling slightly numbing affect when used on the lip area. It doesn’t have a smell or taste. It soaks in quickly and is not greasy. Seems to stay on well. Price is good for 5 containers.

Affordable substitute for Abreva. Same ingredients and straight at a price for 6 that is comparable to one at the pharmacy. Good to have these on hand for those occasional times I get a cold sore.

Another Opinion –
This is the only stuff to use if you’ve got a fever blister coming on. When I use this cream at the first little tingle, I can typically stop a fever blister in its tracks. I love that this is a multi pack because I can keep one in my desk, one in my car, one in my camper, and all the extras on top of the fridge, ha ha! This is a great deal because one of these at a local drugstore cost about half the price of this multi pack!
