NIce, compact pill box. The four compartments are deep enough to carry a decent amount of Tylenol (about 8) as well as any other pills you need to carry. If you need Tums, you can only carry 3. I like the overall size of the box. It takes up very little room in my bag. The top has a window so you can see what you have and when you need to refill. The look is sleek, looks good, feels good in the hand. Colors are a nice assortment.

I am currently taking 3 different vitamins. When I travel, I put all the pills I need in an empty small bottle and then need to play around getting the pills out of the bottle when I need to take them. This organizer is just what I am looking for. It is perfect with the 6 different compartments and the clear top to see the pills. I can now carry up to 2 weeks of pills in a very organized manner. The lid stays closed very well and it is a perfect size for travelling. I really love this pill carrying case.

I personally think these cases are very good looking and not ugly like a lot of pill boxes. I love that it has the insert that you can remove to have one large section. This is a really sturdy pill box. A lot of standard pill boxes are not that sturdy for something that you are meant to carry around. This is good quality and doesn’t seem like it will get crushed easily or come open. The one I received did come with the clear part of the lid scratched up, because of this I am taking off a star because I don’t know if that means it is easily scratched over time.

I received this Travel Pill Case (Small, Beige) in March 2023. It appears to be constructed of thick plastic. The product description at the time I received it mentioned it could be “divided into 4 or 6 compartments”. I don’t see how it can become 6 compartments since there are no removable or addable dividers in it. I think that part of the description is referring to the larger version of this pill case that actually has 6 compartments. The small size I received only has 4 compartments. Not mentioned in the product description at the time I received it is the feature to remove the 4 compartments from the case so you have just one big compartment. The 4 compartments are part of a type of removeable tray that comes out.
The listed case dimensions in the product description were accurate. Personally I don’t like a pill case this large however I can see the benefit for some people with less dexterity who can benefit from a nice big case that is easily gripped and handled. When I close the case there is a click and there is some resistance from popping it open again but I can see the case getting accidently popped open if handled roughly like being stored in a backpack with a lot of items that will bump into it. If I were to store this pill case in my backpack, I would put a rubber band around it just to make sure it doesn’t get popped open while being tossed around in my backpack.
There is a slight smell to just the rubber gasket that helps to provide the moisture resistance. The gasket is easily removable if the smell bothers you. There wasn’t any smell to any of the other parts of the case that I could detect.
Overall depending on your needs this this may be a good pill case for you.

Besides its small size, this compact pill box has a removable rack from within. It can be taken out to organize the medicines. Another feature is the transparent cover allow you to see through for what are in there. It has a water seal making it moisture resistant that is suitable ti be used in the wild. Finally, this small pill box can be carried in my pocket for convenient usage. this box can also be used to store small items when there is no medicine to use. The color is dark brown that is suitable for people who doesn’t like vivid colors.

Simple little box. I love all the descriptive words they use in the title. It’s a little bigger than I thought but it will hold a larger quantity. I was looking for something for my purse that wasn’t bulky. It only has 4 compartments but that works for me. Others may want more. I wish it had come with some blank labels. I don’t have a label maker but would like to label my meds. The large compartments are nice for antacids that I carry with me. Usually I can’t get but one or two in a pocket but this one allows for more. Overall I like it and it’s reasonably priced.

I needed a pill case for small medications that I didn’t want to take big bottles along with me. This works well and I don’t have to refill it as much as a smaller pill case I once had needed. This pill case stays closed and doesn’t spill in my purse. And no sharp edges!
