I am all for supplements to combat issues with herbal ingredients. I received this item with the intention of it helping with my facial eczema. The capsules are easy to take and I encountered no aftertaste. I’ve been taking them daily for two weeks now, but I don’t see much of a difference to my face. However, the ingredients have been known to help in other areas so I can’t say this product is a waste of time. Just don’t expect an instant fix.

After taking these for a while, I didn’t really see much of a change in my psoriasis. While it definitely didn’t get worse or anything, I couldn’t really notice a positive change while taking these. The ingredients are healthy and good for you, and it may work for other people, just not me. Also, the price and having to take 3 a day is a little annoying, but it’s worth a try for people looking for something new.

I’m not sure if it just isn’t helping or working for me, but I haven’t noticed any difference from when I started taking it to now (halfway through the bottle). I was really hoping that this would help because I have really bad Psoriasis on my elbows and legs, but it just hasn’t provided the results. Taking this pill 3 times a day is definitely asking a lot, but even after all of that I haven’t noticed a difference and it hasn’t helped much if at all.

As someone who recently had a eczema flare after a long time of remission I found this product interesting. The product it’s is easy to swallow and had no real taste which I appreciate and from what I can tell is a a combination of vitamins and plant extracts selected to help our skin stay healthy and clam while naturally fighting inflammation without resorting to steroids. The product is vegan and gluten free with no nut cross contamination which shows that they really care about giving us a safe and very natural alternative to support or health. As far as the effectiveness I started taking this during a flare up and I was taking medication as well so I’m not to sure how much this had to due with my results but my skin has calmed down and I’ve been doing pretty well for a few weeks. I’ve currently been taking this for about a month so I’m hoping this will keep working for me and be something that I can take preventively and see if I can avoid or at least reduce future flair ups but I do think it’s working.

I got these capsules because I wanted to try a more holistic approach – or at least a less medicated approach to healing some of my affected areas. I’m used to putting cream on once a day or taking a small pill in the morning or at night. These capsules should be taken 3x per day. That’s a big ask for me, but I am trying. It is too soon to tell if it is really helping or if it is psychosomatic so far, but I’m thinking I feel less itchy. I promised myself I would finish the entire bottle, even though there is a little after taste about an hour after I taking them. Its nothing that I can’t handle though. Overall, its too soon to tell, but I am trying!

Always worth trying a new supplement for dry skin issues I have. There’s no real cure out there but there are treatments and other helpful products out there but nothing that solves the permanent problem it’s another one of those products that are definitely with good and the right intentions and after using it all the way perhaps it will have some effects but basically it’s not really doing anything but it’s not hurting either so I’ll continue taking them hoping that something great happens while using this product.
