This is a very cute valentines day card!
Do note that you only get a single one, though it does come with three tubes of chapstick
I knocked a star because the flavors are not what I would consider traditional “valentines” flavors (I usually think red fruits, like cherries, strawberries, etc.), and because they don’t match what’s shown in the pictures — I got Grape, Chocolate, and Pineapple (not sure if it’s the same for everyone; photo shows a Berry, Candy, and Chocolate flavor)
Overall though, this is very cute and I think whoever you give it to will likely be pleased!

I used Lip Smackers like CRAZY when I was a kid and teenager and my daughter loves them just as much now as I did back then! She has a whole collection of them and uses them all regularly. I still love using them, too!
This Lip Smacker Valentine’s Day Collection Story Book set is cute and the perfect size for a small holiday treat!
The little “storybook” is festive, colorful, and opens to reveal the Lip Smackers inside.
You get 3 Lip Smackers lip balms in yummy flavors. I didn’t receive either of the sets shown on the product listing page. The set I got included Grapeful for You, Choc-ful of Love, and You’re So Pine-Apple. Grape and pineapple aren’t two flavors that I associate with Valentine’s Day but they are still yummy nonetheless.
They are standard sized Lip Smackers tubes so they easily fit in your pocket.
We have yet to try a flavor of Lip Smackers that we didn’t like and these were no exception. The grape and pineapple are full of fruity yumminess with the grape having a SUPER strong flavor. The chocolate smells super chocolatey but the flavor is a bit on the milder side. They are all lip smackingly good!
No color is deposited but it does a very good job of moisturizing dry lips.

Lip Smackers came out before I was born, but I remember them being a huge part of my childhood. They were the brand that had all of the cool packaging and flavors/scents, so of course they could often be seen carried by the popular people at school. I’ve long since passed into adulthood but I still find myself loving these – and still see people carrying them around.
This set is admittedly more aimed at younger consumers given the packaging, but that doesn’t mean that adults wouldn’t like these! The flavors are pretty straight forward: grape, chocolate, and pineapple. I’ll admit that I’m not a huge fan of chocolate lip gloss since they never taste exactly like the real thing, but I do still like the smell of them. Although not being an exact replica of chocolate flavor is probably a good thing, as otherwise some kids may eat it!
The price is decent as well. Sure, you could probably get some chapstick or lipgloss for cheaper, but they wouldn’t come in the cute packaging and you may not be able to get the same flavors. Considering that this is meant to be a Valentine’s set, the price is definitely pretty reasonable compared to some of the other things I’ve seen up for sale at my local stores, honestly. All in all, worth it.

Bought these Lip Smackers for my kiddo for Valentine’s Day. The set I received looks different and has different flavors than what they have in their product pics (I received Grape, Chocolate and Pineapple flavored instead.) But do I care though? Nah. These flavors are super yummy too, so it’s not a deal breaker for me. Though it could be a bigger deal for someone who is ordering them specifically for a certain flavor or flavors.
The packaging is cute. You open it up like a book and look through a wee window to see the three tubes inside. It reminds me of those candy “books” that are sold around Christmas time.
These are perfect for adding a little something extra to go with a chocolate heart and a valentine. I haven’t opened them up yet because, even though she’s my daughter, I don’t want to taste test them before I give them to her lol, but if anything goes awry I will update my review to include it.
