I have been using peppermint lip balm on my lips at bedtime tfor years to keep them from drying out overnight from heating or a/c. I switched to these recently from another brand. I love the ingredients. my only suggestion is they would be even better with a little more wax, staying power/thickness. maybe the company is avoiding beeswax for the vegans but the quality would be better with some kind of wax (preferably not soy or sunflower though as I am allergic to those!) it’s a little on the oily side but it gets the job done of protecting my lips better than if i wasnt using it at all.

I have made three orders of this lip balm over the last couple of years. It is the best I’ve come across. I started out buying one with different scents so I could figure out which I liked best. My two favorites are mint and lavender. They’re very moisturizing and do exactly as lip balm should. The pack of five lasts me a long time and I feel like they’re worth the price. The cherry on top is that there is no animal testing and no animal ingredients.

These are super moisturizing! My son & I suffer from constant chapped lips and in just a few days of using this product (we always use products on our lips) our lips are so much better. Texture wise it reminds me a lot of the Beauty Counter’s lip moisturizer (way more expensive and you have to go through a rep to get it). The flavors are very subtle and the scents (a little less subtle but still light) are pleasant. We both have sensitive skin and haven’t had any issues with this. I specifically searched for vegan lip balm and I’m so happy this turned out to be such a win. I will absolutely be buying this again!

These lip balms are life savers! I’ve always struggled with severely chapped lips, no matter the season or how much water I drink. Pure & Simple lip balm has been the only lip balm that has worked for me and that I’ve felt comfortable putting on my body knowing it’s simple ingredients. They are so moisturizing and last for hours without reapplying, and the flavors that they have taste and smell beyond amazing. All chapsticks dried my lips out more than what I started with. Now that I use Pure & Simple, which is free of the terrifying ingredients list and putrid taste of almost every other chapstick, my lips are sooooo smooth and my mind is free of any worries about what chemicals I could be mindlessly consuming with the chapstick I wear. Thank you Pure & Simple for such a perfect product! These are now a staple to bring with me wherever I go.

Most scented lip balms are too waxy, over-scented, or strongly flavored. I love the texture of Alida’s products. They are pleasantly-scented and unflavored. I just wish I could still buy the Rose! Like most lip balms, they don’t last long, but do keep lips soft if used frequently.
Update: I can buy only Rose again! Yeah!

I used to buy chapstick and medex for my chronically dry lips until I learned about petroleum based products possibly causing cancer. I switched to Bert’s Bees lip balm and that worked great until I developed an allergy to the bee glue (propolis) in it, as many other people do over time. The edges of my lips started to get itchy, dry, and red from it. That is when I found this stuff. No petroleum or propolis and it does a great job at keeping my lips moisturized. It has a nice minty scent and delicate taste. I honestly would not mind the mint being a little stronger. I recommend the key lime flavor as well.

This has been the best lip balm I have ever tried, it’s so smooth but still protective of my lips and the scents are not overwhelming but just right, the unscented I use at night as not to interfere with sleeping all perfect

I was very happy to find this. I was looking for a natural alternative to carmex. All of the medicated lip balms that are natural don’t have enough zip. Ilove the cooling tingling feeling on my lips. I’ve used this for months for my lips and if I have any small itchy spots on me, this works for those too. My skin might not be really dry, but I get random ichy spots on my arms sometimes. It’s also nice to find a natural lip balm that has no wax. I hate the residue of wax on my lips. Will definitely buy again. I’ve also recommending this to friends because it’s got so many different varieties. There’s something for everyone, I think.
