I absolutely love the Merlot option of this lip color! It’s a beautiful, true red on me–not the pink-y or orange-y reds that I so often see in products of this type. I wear this product maybe 98% of the time, as it goes well with a casual or a more dressed-up look.

I had been using petroleum jelly on my lips and thought it was helping, but my dental hygienist wasn’t satisfied. I found ChapStick Total Hydration (Soothing Oasis) at my local Target and thought I’d try it. I like it much better than traditional Chapstick and my hygienist seems satisfied. When I looked for it again, I was unable to find it in stores. Amazon (of course!) carries it, and when I saw the 6 pack of chamomile/lavender I grabbed it. Can’t beat it for the price, and again, the product is good. The scent is very light, hardly noticeable, which I appreciate.

I absolutely LOVE the Chapstick Total Hydration Lavender & Chamomile lip balm.
I use this primarily as an essential oil balm for stress relief… I have one tube of this “lip balm” almost everywhere I go throughout my day.
It does work nicely as a lip balm, but I do try to limit fragrance everywhere I can as I can get reactions pretty easily…

I also love that you can definitely smell the fragrance in this product, but it’s not overwhelming once so ever.
The fragrance definitely DOES help w/ reducing my overall stress levels.
I also love that it is easy to apply… Essential oils can be a little messy & have the potential to stain your clothes (if you’re using it during the day) & oil stains can be hard to get out. This product doesn’t accidentally stab my clothes, & I can apply it whenever I want to w/o that extra worry
Very affordable as well & can be found here on Amazon, or in some drugstores. Easy accessibility is important for me, especially for someone like me who forgets they’re out of something, until they need it (lol 😂.)
Overall a great product & would continue buying it again for myself, I would buy this for a friend as a little surprise gift (if that’s something they might like,) & I would recommend this to anyone interested.

Just the right amount of color and soft sheen. Not greasy or over shiny looking. I’ve been using these for years. This color looks good on anyone. I keep one in my purse and sometimes I use this to refresh my lipstick.
