I’ve been taking this pill for the past two weeks for iron deficiency and so far I feel great. For anyone reading this who’s not aware this pill has the supplements inside it just unscrew the capsule by loosening the top and pulling it up and take the powder in a drink or with food. Please don’t swallow the plastic capsule. Also for best best results if taking for iron deficiency take it with food that boots iron like leafy greens, red meat(liver, beef, etc) and stay away from dairy products right after a meal.
